That map is aggravating me with the salt and vinegar shaded in blue whilst the cheese and onion is in green. They had 1 simple task and failed miserably in representing the flavours accordingly.

That looks like a map of development, where blue is the developed, cosmopolitan areas, red is developing areas levelling up and green are the backwards outposts full of inbreds.
