He also does the same with converting midfielders into wingers whilst not playing any of our actual wingers on the wing or in Benrahma and Cornet's case at all. Tactical genius.

What is it with Moyes and strikers ? Two years ago in January when in a great position we failed to sign any kind of cover for a clearly struggling Antonio although there was players out there who were attainable and would of done a job. We paid the price for that failure to strengthen but don't seem to of learned from it. When we do sign centre forwards he doesn't play them and they either piss off (Samacca) or sit on the bench (Ings) whilst Moyes tries to convert wingers into playing the role Haller wasn't everyone's cup of tea but clearly had ability and having another converted winger (Antonio ) take his place would of pissed of most players I should imagine.

The most pathetic part of Moyes super defensive strategy is that even with 9 defensive players on the pitch we still concede 3 goals...

I said burning her with honours was satisfactory. Took the sting out of having to watch us play. And talking to morons like you.

"Once I’d seen the team at 2pm local time, I did a number of useful things around the house. The cat had died in the night so I buried her with honours in the garden. Then we had dinner, which I had prepared earliest, with mother in law and in the second half, I cleared all the gunk out of the aquarium pumps to get the flow back up. All-in-all a pretty satisfactory Sunday afternoon given I’d pretty much binned the game."

It's not a case of people expecting to win at old trafford. Its that if we hadn't had such a clusterfuck of a transfer window and turned up having to play players out of position because we havent signed a striker for about four windows now and havent got a left winger apart from cornet whom the manager refuses to start we may of actually had a chance of getting something out of the game. 400 million spent and no striker and no left winger thats not taking us forward thats total mismanagement of the club starting with sullivan and ending with Moyes.

"He's always been a gutless wonder and what a shame when we do have so much quality going forward, if only he believed in them more. Defending clearly isn't the answer to progress us. Moyes out!"

"Another mismatched team mismanaged by a man who has no ideas and doesnt believe we are allowed to take on the likes of Man U. As many have said its an average Man U team but Moyes jumps at the shadow of the name not what is on the pitch. Ho hum Does anyone believe the likes of Brighton, Newcastle, Wolves and even Chelsea wont overtake our STRIKER FREE team?"

Phillips is one of the most overrated Footballers about. None of his recent errors come as a surprise to me and can't believe the ridiculous hype centred around him just because City once bought him for big money (by mistake). Send him back end of the season and look elsewhere for the money.

"We lost 3-0 to one of the worst Man Utd teams in a long time today. Yeah we kept the ball a bit better but the baseline isn’t exactly Johan Cruyffs Holland is it/. We gave away fuckijg stupid goals and fluffed out lines. Fuck knows how somehow Moyes is getting credit for that. Continues to play Bowen out of position, did the same with Kudus today. Trying to get some sort of credit for “hybrid” Johnson. Brought Aguerd straight back in for Dino etc etc. oh and Soucek starting again. A long list for one game."
Re: ‚ö? Man Utd v West Ham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Newport managed to score a couple last week, who knows how that might have ended up today with a proper fucking striker on the pitch. I think even Ings would have buried that Emerson chance. Still, Antonio can’t be far away……."

"I also thought we were better than we have been, passed the ball better and had quite a bit of possession. Closed them down very high up the pitch. But our final ball and shooting was a bit crap. Bowen just gets pushed off the ball far to easy. How many more transfer windows before we actually get a forward. Why don't we try the kids a bit more. Just doesn't make any sense."

wd40 9:51 Sun Feb 4 I guess it's a measure of how Moyes and Sullivan have raised expectations. In the past people would have expected us to lose at Old Trafford. Now they throw a hissy fit when we are beaten.
Re: ‚ö? Man Utd v West Ham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Only just finished watching that… personally I thought we were very good fast half, certainly didn’t deserve to be losing at half time. Second half we gradually faded but at least it wasn’t the usual 9 men behind the ball rubbish. Johnson looked bright and was reasonably effective. No cutting edge though, desperately need a striker. It’s okay for Brighton and Man Utd, Liverpool etc… to play teenagers yet we send the most prolific forward at the club out on loan and don’t have a recognised striker. Phillips… jeez, just looks like loosing it whenever the ball goes near him."

"It looks like we ve got at least another season of this shit as according to quite a few now he's about to get another contract. This club really have got a death wish, i dont think ive heard so many people say they're not going to renew if he stays in charge, And the dwarf owner just pushes on with his warped idea of what the fans want."
