Then he thanked about a hundred more, then, second last, he thanked the UK, gesturing for TTK to come forward to the lecturn, then sending him to the back of the stage when he tried to speak.

Nothing says, 'you backed the wrong side you anti-Semitic loser' better than a good old public humiliation from POTUS.
