Given the severity of the claims of abuse, I would think it better to start from the presumption that government/left-leaning state/establishment are guilty of facilitating this abuse and making them prove that they were not.

I wasn't particularly suggesting anything like say 50,000 or whatever but I do suspect there's been over 1,000+. So many rape cases go unreported as Joyo and I touched on the issue a day or so a go.
