Chances of the prince going to court and zero, Virginia Giuffree is dead, and even if she wasn't, she was shown to be a proven lair when she withdrew the rape allegations she made against Trumps lawyer, saying it was a "mistake"  to accuse someone of multiple rapes and then withdraw it for a "mistake" would get her slaughtered on trial. So she was no longer a credible witness, added to the fact Maxwell had the chance of a lesser sentence to spill the beans on Andrew and she said he was innocent. It's a non starter. 

Andrew will just disappear from public life now and be forgotten about
