Whilst there is no change to the running of the club then there will be no change in the moaning for many. Why are some so dense on this factor?

"Moyes is simply a dreadful manager and that does not change with the side he picks. If he was better at his job, he'd have ceased relying on Soucek and Coufal months ago and played Paqueta, Bowen, JWP and Formals in their proper positions and still had the services of Scamacca and Downes at his disposal. Yesterday was simply stirring a cup of tea to pretend there is sugar in it when you have none. Fuck it, Moyes should have had the decency to leave in the summer - the man is a total cսnt and shit at his job to boot."

onsideman... I said about a month ago that West Ham should sack him just to stop all the fucking moaning on here... nothings changed since... even when he drops the scapegoat player and picks a half fucked busted flush of a forward in his place that has played no football for 4 months... people on here got what they wanted... and it's still a fucking shit show... Not sure I have ever said how lucky we are?? In what way we lucky?? We got a shit stadium for free lucky??
Re: ‚ö? Notts Forest v West Ham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Dont be daft. Moyes wasn't bowing to any pressure. He brought him back in because in the previous 2 games it was obvious to him and to everyone else that to play with just 2 forward players didn't work - either offensively or defensively. The problem is that unlike the scouse, who have Nunes, Jota, Gakpo and Diaz, Moyes' only other options were the £125k/week misfit he bought, the youth player he doesn't trust or the left winger he bought, whom he despises. None of those problems are on anyone but him. Are you now agreeing that he's a busted flush then or are you still maintaining that we should look at history and recognise how lucky we are? Unlike"

onsideman 6:40 Sun Feb 18 Look at Klopp yesterday... had a world class forward (Salah) on the bench that had just come back from injury... was he rushed straight back into the starting line up?? I can forgive Moyes for sticking to his principles... it is what it is... we've known that in round 1 and round 2 with him... but the last month he has made some very strange decisions that for me leave him open for a slaughtering... the biggest one is rushing back that Herbie Hide wannabe up front... for me he showed massive weakness there... he bowed down to the noise and kicked his principles into touch... and so yeah for me he is getting to the stage of losing the plot and not knowing what the fuck his plans are now... I think even the staunchest of Moyes fans can see that now... however still think he will be here till the end of the season and its not going to be very pretty.... ESPECIALLY ON HERE!!
Re: ‚ö? Notts Forest v West Ham - Official Match Thread - Preview
Nope can't defend him today look lost and with every other team on motd showing they were charging forward with 4/5 running like mad men to assist when possible. . Oh David my cup wining manager for ever in my heart

"NYC - agree. Now is the time to move Moyes out. A risk-less season remains for anyone coming in. Time to take a look at what they have in the squad, work out how to play players in the correct positions and invest in the Summer. Forget the Euro run it’s already over with this manager and his way of playing."
Re: ‚ö? Notts Forest v West Ham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"We've been bad for so long.. Beginning of this season we got some wins where the opposition had three times our shots were missing chance after chance while at the other end we were being clinical, it was always unsustainable. We then went on a small run where it stopped working. We then played Freiburg and Wolves which looked different and we played quite well. But we've reverted to type since and the goals are going in as you would expect the team with the shots are scoring them the team without aren't. We can't keep conceding u think it was 18 shots on goal per game and not letting in goals. Apparently Arteta saw we had Johnson and how little threat he carried on the wing and told Ben White to go into midfield against Arsenal and pushed Odegaard up.. There was a YouTube tactics channel that analysed it.. Around the 20 minutes mark. Paqueta will hopefully be back soon which will obviously help but we look so poor. Kudus looked poor yesterday but again another player out of position. We need a run of games with players playing in their preferred positions, you know the ones where they're likely to be most effective. The bottom line is this 'blip' has been over two years and the real blips have been the good form."

"Massive Attack 3:07 Sun Feb 18 Have to agree on something that I think is a big negative in Moyes old skool dictatorial management style and refusal to develop a squad but rather a team. It imoacts in the handling of players who, as you say like Ings, Cornet, put in an encouraging performance or make a positive contribution only to be immediately dumped out of the team again back onto the bench. Its a bench that you do not get minutes from too. Hardly a motivation or feeling valued. Same applies to Mavropanas. Made 2 howlers in early games for the club but had in some people’s opinion started to settle down a bit and was one of the few above average performers against Bristol, Brighton and Bournemouth. Soon as Zouma or Aguerd become available again he’s dumped back on the bench. Its a balancing act but squads are about a meritocracy and manager managers use a “keep the shirt” idea if a player steps in and makes a positive contribution Not Moyes. He applies his “positive demotivation” management process. In addition to the above, Fornals, Downes and even Benrahma when he was having a positive impact when he first arrived but got few minutes. Its just dreadful psychological management of players regardless of the industry you are in. With his combative comments about how we are not appreciating him and how he is the best manager we can have, you can see the claims that he blatantly has “favourites” who are players he wanted. Zouma, Aguerd, Soucek, Coufal. Others, no fault of their own, brought in or recommended by Newman, Sullivan even, Warbarton ( Downes ) seem to be treated differently? Double standards. All this can create factions and disharmony in a squad which ultimately transmits to the team and performances. Im not saying picking Mavropanas, Cornet etc will instantoy transform us but its simply poor management and reduces Moyes options as a demotivated player eventually starts to stop trying as hard."

"Northern Sold 5:20 Sun Feb 18 That's neither clever nor amusing. Must try harder It is possible to be relatively happy with a starting 11 before realising quite quickly that they still haven't been coached properly during the intervening 5 days, have no plan A, B or C and look like they've never played together"

"As soon as the first goal went in it was always going to be a loss. There is no plan B and it's like Moyes has forgotten that the other can actually score. I think the lack of a plan has got to the team, they see no input from the manager, no way of changing things and especially against Arsenal that was evident as there was no way we was ever going to get back into it. A ruthless manager would change things, add more into the attack etc..moyes does fuck all every game. When was the last time he made a sub that actually changed the course of the game and the result."

Hang on... I'm agreeing with all the pitchfork waving mob... Moyes was an absolute cսnt today... I mean what fucking type of a cսnt of a manager bows down to the mob and drops the number one target of the moanathons and replaces him with a bloke that has not kicked a ball in anger for four months... sorry but that shows me hes lost the plot... either stick to your principles or fuck off...

Our defensive midfield play too deep. We almost have a back 6 when the other side attack us and there's always a massive area on the edge of our box. I was screaming at them to move up 10 yards against Arsenal as rice and odegaard had so much time to pick a pass out it was unbelievable but it just went on and on

"Regarding the lack of goals/Striker debate, I took a quick nose back at recent results to see the last time we scored a goal from open play which was Cornet. And the Penalty that was converted by Ward-Prowse was won by the very industrious Ings on the day. What was their reward for scoring/setting up a potential match winner and decent performance? Sent straight back to the Bench for the next game in favour of playing 3, yes THREE CUNTING DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDERS against the mighty Bournemouth at Home. We then fail to score in the following 3 consecutive games. And he wonders why he struggles to keep players happy or score goals regularly when he treats them so shoddily within the Squad. Kudus didn't need rushing back in the starting line-up having just returned from AFCON, he could have eased him back in gently from the bench whilst also keeping the likes of Cornet sweet and motivated to score again, but no, back to the Bench you go. Furthermore, I'll even play a utility Defender Johnson in your place too Cornet/Ings instead! He's not only rapidly losing the fans and the players, he's also losing his tiny fucking mind."

3 losses in a row with a -11 goal difference. Our goalkeeper was man of the match for each of the games. League season a right off now. Need to use the next few games to build some confidence ahead of europe game. That should be our sole focus now. 3 matches to get to another final.

The low block has been found out the players aren’t buying into it anymore because of this. The only player who can take his shit formation and make moments out of it is Paqueta…..

Massive I believe we both agree it’s mainly Moyes’ fault… Our best players under performing due to lack of squad depths and poor game plans and formations… We can’t score goals since we create very few chances…lack strikers that score …and have been shipping goals due to poor defending…

"The soft spot hasn’t been there in previous seasons, I know that was down to Rice but we had big money to get a player in of the same sort of calibre as Rice and we failed , his replacement has been major disappointment for me ."

"'Centre backs & defensive midfielders is where the problem is that’s our soft spot' Yet Moyes has brought in more of those than any other position in the squad. Dawson Zouma Kehrer Aguerd Mavropanos Alves Luizao Soucek Alvarez Ward-Prowse Philips Downes Kral Irving In that time he has brought in two strikers. One of which is on 125K a week sitting on the bench, the other sold for a big loss."

"Centre backs & defensive midfielders is where the problem is that’s our soft spot,we can’t get a grip of the midfield almost every game we get over run in there,we allow the opposition to play far to much football in and around the edge of our box ,no wonder we’ve conceded so many shots on our goal, the first goal was a prime example how the Forest player was allowed time to play a simple pass in to the strikers feet through the bus lane in front of our centre backs Alvarez is supposed to boss that area of the pitch for me ,but he was non existent ."

"'with a tired misfit squad with no attacking nous or any semblance of goal scoring threats…' All due respect Texas, I beg to dither. Even having played that exact same line-up (Even including the hapless Phillips) if a manager in charge who actually enjoys regularly attacking Teams, that Team/Squad can still do Teams some serious damage. Emerson has proved in the past that he can get up and support attacks well, Kudus and Bowen speak for themselves, Ward-Prowse has got plenty of ability to either score or set one up and Antonio can be a handful for any Defence especially when the Team is encouraged to attack reguarly. To not look like threatening the goal at all says little about those that clearly can and more about how the Team is set-up to mainly defend by instruction of the manager. They can't all be shit all of a sudden. But then we've been here before wrongly assuming it used to be Hallers fault, Scamaccas fault, Fornals fault, Ings fault. It's the manager that set them all up to fail attacking wise near enough every fucking game. We mask over it though whenever individual brilliance from the usual suspects that gets both us and indirectly Moyes outof trouble too. Wow, wasn't that a tactical masterclass by Moyes, they'll say. Scraping a 1-0 with only 2 shots at goal and the opposition missing 25 efforts.... When we used to win, that is."
