A jumped up designer who thinks he's an architect. He designed the Boris bus which cost about £350,000 quid each when any other bus which does the same job is about half the price. 

He's also had a hand in the new Google headquarters in King's Cross which are shaping up to be like a huge turd that won't flush. Also involved in the new refurb of Kensington Olympia which looks over complicated and fussy. What a surprise!
