The headline rate of net migration dropping to 204k hides the fact that 100k British citizens emigrated last year and a bet of 330k non EU nationals immigrated. The balance being made up of a net negative migration flow amongst EU nationals.

So there you have it. Brits and European leaving and non-Europeans still arriving by the hundred thousands per year.
