You take Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood for instance who could possibly be PM soon one day if she plays her cards right. She freely admits that every single decision she makes is guided by her faith and is clear where her priorities lie, a faith that has dangerously questionable teachings/beliefs. It’s not ‘law’ though, it’s a set of religious rules that have to sit within U.K. law. Same for every other U.K. citizen, you can do whatever you like within the bounds of law.

Sharia law isn’t recognised in U.K. law. As an example you can’t have more than one wife. Islamic banks in this country are governed by the same rules as every other U.K. bank.

they say they're 'State Funded Islamic Schools' that are open to every child no matter what religion (would you send your child to such a school ?). They have a remarkable likeness to a Madrasa, these type of schools (if you can call them that), churn out Islamist by the thousand... but hey, we wouldn't want to appear to be racist by objecting to such schools that have no place in a western society.
