Re: African Cup of Nations
Should be every 4 years
They also need to play it on decent pitches, wasnt the last one only a handful of the group games went over 2.5 because the pitches were so shit neither team could string two passes together. was an absolute shambles

To encourage all the detritus the continent has exported to Europe to stop raping women for a month and return home with their benefit cheques to boost the economy?

Re: African Cup of Nations
Agree. It's mental having it so frequently, and in World Cup years. Don't understand why it can't be mandated to be each four years like the Euros, especially as it obviously can't be held in the middle of an African summer.
Probably wouldn't care if it didn't affect us but it's a substantial chunk of the season. Hopefully AWB will be back reasonably soon but Senegal will probably go deep into the competition so Diouf will probably miss all those matches. Got to hope neither pick up a significant injury either.

Could be an idea to not sign African players and actually give our youth a chance.
