Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
Well seems like with all these international breaks, and us languishing, the rumours of ins and outs are rife.
Chuck anything 'worthy' of discussion on this thread...

He'd transform our midfield.
I think the main issues with him they have is that he's tortoise slow, and not very physical.
Seems to be one of those players that's rated by people who don't watch Man United.

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
I wonder how Traore is on the left (given that he'd only ever play on the right if Bowen was injured). I think that he's only played there a couple of dozen times in his career.
I was just reading an article quoting his youth team manager describing him as "like a Formula 1 car driven by a child. The machine dominated him." Clearly nothing really changed as he got older. Definitely someone who could bring the ball out of our own half though, which would be useful.

I think Traore would be decent for us. Gives an option to Summerville and Bowen on either side. Gives you an out ball when you are lining up on your own 18 yard box.
Yes his final ball isn't great, but i reckon he will thrive under Nuno

Wont say no to Traore. Ofcourse we need better but who better is going to come here in our position?
Cant be anymore wasteful in the final third than Summerville is.

I was thinking that as he's out of contract next summer then selling before means more money and a decent sell on clause, but given how badly our club handles transfers we'd probably get more from a compensation tribunal anyway.
Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
Josh Sargeant? Hmmm, beggars and all that but his recent stats not great but do we have to factor in that Norwich are a struggling team? Would a good striker still manage to get goals or does he miss a lot? Sounds like he aint that quick or great in the air? Now Ashton werent quick and others down the years ( Kane ) but compensated with aerial ability. Oh and he’s a ginge

Fleeced by who for who?
If they are planning for relegation Earthy is the last player they'd try and sell seen as he'd be a big part of the squad next season and is dirt cheap. There's no logical reason to sell Earthy unless we are that unbelievably skint that we have to, and he's the only player anyone wants.

Keep Earthy....if we get relegated players like him will be valuable to our squad.
Hammers Chat are extrapolating in something Ex said and adding 9 anyway...more likely is he gets a loan second half of season.

Not sure any fee we’d get for Earthy would vary between January & the summer if we were relegated
Should have been on the bench Sunday ahead of Rodriquez
So should Doris the tea lady but that’s another matter

Hammers chat, West Ham network and Ex are never ever wrong

It’s click bait, he is going nowhere.

At a time when many have rightly complained of a lack of leaders and players taking responsibility in the dressing room as well. Warned this would happen and yet we continue to shoot ourselves needlessly in the foot. Our Transfer policies are 1 of the worst around be it incomings or outgoings.

Yep. Fair enough you might want to get some older players off the payroll, but there is just no forward plan whatsoever with this club. Its like its run week to week. Afcon? Nah fucking load of shit - we'll be alright.
