I've barely got the energy to write this but it's the Cup...we'll inevitably not try very hard, but it's a somewhat welcome distraction.

They have a striker we were interested in...Richard Kone...who no doubt will upstage the 50m we have just spent.

Predicted Lineup:
T-Rex

KWP  Kilman   Mayers   Igor

Rodriguez  Magassa

Bowen   Taty    Sumerville

Pablo
Subs:  Areola, Scarles, Mavropanos, Potts, Irving, Paqueta, Soucek, Ajala, Landers.

Predicted Score: 1-1 (lose on pens)

If we win we'll only be drawn away at Man U, Man C, Liverpool or Chelsea to get hammered. If we lose we all expect it anyway.

What can go wrong?

Just play the strongest available team. We need confidence and a win and we are hardly going to be overrun with a slew of matches from here on in.

But seriously I'd go as strong as we can, best side available
Goes without saying, the FA Cup is alive and well and nobody wants to go out. Some good ties yesterday.

Orford may well be a good prospect, but he couldn't get a kick for Stevenage, so I wouldn't be picking him for this one. We badly need to win this for obvious reasons..

My brother & I started watching the Big Match in Australia in 1974 with my Mum who used to work for the FA in the 60’s
They would have London games as the main match with the brilliant Brian Moore
West Ham & QPR were the most entertaining teams while Arsenal were boring, Tottenham were shit & Chelsea were boring & shit
He adopted QPR who should have won the league in 1975/75 & we won the FA Cup in 1975 against my Mum’s Fulham
I guess we imagined years of triumph would ensue after our brilliant choices. Not so much

Will be messaging him today so we MUST win

Like many have some fond memories of going QPR, the 1-0 win in the 85/6 season, the cup defeat when we were on the pitch, and remember going there and losing at then end of a season but was the same day they were relegated under Wilkins.

They beat us 0-3 once at Upton Park on the first day on the season in 87.

I quite liked QPRs ground as well, with it's low roof and blooming post holding it up. Is it still the same?

Being serious,  there has been some great games  with these over the yrs.
They had some very good sides in the 70/80s...the plastic pitch was a clear home advantage for them  in the 80s  but  good sides regardless of the pitch imo.
I have a soft spot for these clowns based purely on the fact they used  to  wind up Wall
