My dad has found a turd on his driveway, which he is convinced is human. I don't know why he thinks that, I haven't asked for details as I've been busy calming my old mum down who is fleeting between "it must be some kind of scam" to "we've been earmarked as a target by burglars/terrorists* and so on.

Could it not be Sullivan waiting till the last moment in the window to maximise as much as he can from his sale more than the Agent not doing his best by getting his client out?
