Football Pitch Interesting analysis of Nuno’s new tactics

Post threesixty »

quite a bit shorter than those weekly West Ham analytics podcasts.
But quite easy to understand.
I think we’ve all been looking at Pablo and Tatty pushing at the front but the guy makes the point that AWB is essentially becoming a midfielder when we are in possession which is changing the game for us.

For me it helps that AWB is among our best players on the ball so maybe wouldn’t work with Walker Peters etc.

It goes some way to explaining why Wan-Bissaka on occasions can be seen caught higher up the pitch out of position at Right Back when the opposition sneak in and attack his space with him seemingly AWOL at times. Pros with the cons.

This is yet to be reviewed by the WHO EPL football management consultancy. If they approve this, so do I

He explains it well.  Normally, this stuff bores me but I enjoyed that.
