"Singing people like Ruddock, polarising the signings of the likes of Di Canio, Kanoute, Sinclair kind of sums up the Redknapp era. Having that fat, unprofessional Millwall wanker not training and playing every week, having a fag at the back of the bus while weighing in at 20 stone must have grated on the actual pros, let along serious youngsters coming up like Rio Ferdinand and Joe Cole. A real stain on our history when he signed."

Physically he was a bit like Calvert Lewin though more talented I think Best period at Sevilla where he won a couple of Spanish Cups and a couple of Europa Leagues Loved his story about seeing Ruddock around the place when he wasnt training and thought he must be part of the staff until he turned up for a match and saw the fat cսnt putting a team shirt on

"Far Cough yes, that pen against the Arse. I was behind the goal and I thought this is going to sum up this season."

"Was a reasonable talent in the short time he was with us, but can't say I look back on him with any real fondness or great memories. Sorry, was he a great player, or maybe a 'cult' type of player? Maybe I missed it. I certainly won't be wasting anytime watching vids of him, lol."

"Was a massive reason we got relegated in 2003. Out for 26 weeks with a thigh injury. I remember reading that West Ham sent him to a sports psychologist. I decided he was a brazen fraud who was angling for a transfer, which he got. Can‚Äôt stand the sight of the cսnt any more."

"Best 'hold up' target man I've seen for us. Where others flicked onto no one, he'd hang in the air, control it on his chest and bring it back down to the floor. Loved a Kanoute step over out wide, ineffective as they were too. Him and Di Canio up front were the strike force of the favourite part of my West Ham supporting life. Peak Redknapp."

Trevor Sinclair had a better debut in my opinion. Hugo Porforio looked excellent on his too.. But didn't match it after.

"Best debut I’ve ever seen a player have, he was on loan initially. It was the Wimbledon game when Di Canio scored that worldie. The crowd were chanting “Harry, sign him up, Harry, Harry sign him up”"
