I entirely agree with what you said there RBshorty but I still have hope that Sullivan is getting there. I know I know but I do have hope! The signs are that at 75 he is sorting out what he will bequeath when he pops his clogs. The appointments of Noble as Sporting Director and Steidten as Technical Director are indications that he has realised it can't all centre around him for ever and the time has come to have specialists taking responsibility for key areas of the business of football. And it suggests that he realises Moyes biggest weaknesses are youth development and targeting and buying suitable players. It's not all bad that Sullivan wants to keep Moyes. It's probably because Moyes has brought relative success to WHU even if it alienates the fans when it goes wrong as it has recently We'll soon know whether Moyes stays or goes but it's good that he has the choice I think. All I've wanted as a West Ham fan was for us to be run properly. I can go without glory. Crap managers. Even shit football. But the real tragedy is knowing. (And we all can see it.) Is the mismanagement at the board level. And this has happened throughout our entire history.! As I've always stated. It ain't rocket science. It's basic plumbing. Shit trickles down.!
