"Another hat-trick, this time against Fulham in the PL U18 Cup. Poxy camera angle, but worth watching for his brilliant third goal. Early days, but this lad could be a potential superstar https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tddKySeAWDA"

"Playing devil's advocate- but Rice and Johnson under Moyes. Have any of the players let go actually amounted to anything? It's been a gripe for three of the last four managers that youth isn't getting a chance, but I'm not sure time has proven any of them wrong, particularly? Saying that obviously I hope Marshall (and indeed as many of the youngsters on the books at the moment as possible) makes it, but with the mega academies of Man City, Chelsea etc. hoovering up vast amounts of the best talent across the whole continent, let alone in England, (Even Rice is a Chelsea 'reject' after all) it seems very tricky to be able to win the race to even recruit young talent, let alone hang on to it."

I've said on a previous thread the boy what I've seen has the lot. Sublime ball control and a deadly finisher the boy is going to be a top player. Whether he gets an opportunity around the first team squad though is doubtful under Moyes stewardship. The lad will get disillusioned and become a star at another club.

Whoever is scouting in NI is doing a decent job as Marshall & the other lad (Kelly?) are meant to be useful When we won the London section of that u19 Futures tournament preseason Marshall knocked in a hat-trick in the 4-3 win over Palace where we came back from 0-3 & then hit a lazy 4 as we overwhelmed Tottenham 8-0 a few days later
