Brighton had 11 players out and we had 5 yet they managed 68% possession to our 32%. 22 shots to our 6. 8 on target to our 2. We haven't beaten them at home in 7 matches. It's just not acceptable. They aren't Man City or Liverpool FFS. 3 more years of this?? Do fuck right off.

Billy Jennings boots But making that substitution was unnecessary. Fornals shutting shop??? but the whole f’king team was shutting shop and when he did that it created an imbalance and shut us down. We were toothless from then on. Just leave it as is. And sure enough just now in his interview the haggis fossil thinks it was a great performance. It just beggars belief the mindset of this character.

"I stand corrected Marty although Oggy and Stavros were decent so we didn’t miss Zouma or Aguerd too much. But the point we all see is how water thin we are as a squad. Moyes only uses 14 or 15 at most. But we need 14 or 15 quality players. We have 10 or so. Need for a left sided midfielder, striker, right wing back the most urgent but even central midfield, we lose Alvarez we’re fvcked If we could plug a couple of caps with quality players this Jan I think we would all be delighted. Just cannot see how we can sustain a Euro qualification place with our squad. Not mentioning the manager ( I just did ) but still a lot to be desired"

"Anyone happy with that or thought we did well, clearly doesn't travel in the shit weather and sit in that shit stadium watching us We played the whole second half like a team with ten men away from home. Fucking pathetic. The only positive, was not having to see Danny Ings waddling about for 68 grand."

So you'd have had him spend the Rice money on say half-a-dozen players rather than the three he did to boost the squad - that people didn't want him to use at Liverpool?

"Nutsin what a moron with those comments. trouble is you believe them We were 6th they were 8th. You call that a good result, idiot. brighton minus 11 players. The way Moyes set us up was for that point. Can't you see he's taken us as far as he can. Truly the most negative manager I have witnessed. No intention to go for a win in the 2nd half, well not really the 1st. 6 shots at home is disgracefull and he should be ashamed..Should resign. I for one was not looking for a point,at home against a team below us with11 players out. yep that's 11. no point in having the youth on the bench. Johnson was limping and he was going to being on Cresswell. Jesus wept"

How shit was that performance have a few players missing and we look like Colchester United. All down to Moyes having a wafer thin squad and his reluctance to use subs. But it's wonderful he's getting another two year contract well thank fuck I don't go over there anymore because I'd seriously think of staying in the pub before the game.

Billy Jennings : They had Wellbeck Pedro and Ferguson 3 first choice strikers. And they had two centre backs playing as well in reference to your earlier post

"BillyJ Yup. I’m no lover of Moyes but on balance you have to look at the Xmas campaign as more than 1 match. Each match affects the other as they are all so close. We’ve done really well. Also, if you can’t win, make sure you don’t lose. That builds mentality at the club. It means the keeper and the defence are always doing their jobs, even if the front players aren’t. That’s always good. Interesting that Mavrapanos has been part of a lot of clean sheets. Is he going to be the main defender given the injury issues and age of the others? He’s doing pretty good from what I can see."

"Nutsin... You are easily pleased that's obvious, but do you honestly enjoy that style of football... serious question!"
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Haz , those indeed are facts , but another fact is that second half was an embarrassment. A repeat of this at the weekend and might well be out of the Cup ."

Steam of shit. Oh god how bad Moyes manages this team. Boring and dull
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
Are we battling relegation? Desperate for a point to help us out against a super strong Brighton.
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
He brought Mubama on to get the draw and hopefully hit them on a lucky break. He prefers fornals defending over Benrahma. Like I said Moyes will be delighted with that point

White Horse It was Moyes logic ... Fornals is more defensive compared to Benny... he was shutting up shop!
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
"A clean sheet against a team that just put 4 past Spurs. Not always gonna score goals and to be fair scoring goals has not been an issue for us so far this year. Defensively we are solid. Another point against a good side. Now we have time to bring in some re- enforcement’s which have includes Paqueta. All in all happy with the result, not the disaster some were calling for. We’re not the finished product but we’re doing a lot of things right. Onwards and Upwards! COYI’s!"
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Second half was a painful watch. We must have had something like 10 percent possession. At least the players battled for the point, that’s one positive."
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Brighton could have won by 2 or 3 if they could finish and we probably should have got 1 in the first half. It was real “pins in yer eyes” stuff. Pins also to keep them open. Alvarez the pick of our players. Squad is wafer thin but what the fvck does Soucek not have to do to get subbed. I suppose Moyes sees him getting on the end of something which he almost did but the bloke just marks space otherwise. We had no outlet, no cutting edge and second half was just playing not to concede which we managed. Positive is Steidten seeing the urgency of getting a quality player or two in and shipping out those that never or hardly play. Cornet, Kehrer ( gone already?) , Benrahma, Cresswell, Johnson, Coventry, Fornals. Anyone willing to pay a few bob or a fee or loan for a few of them take it and get a couple in of better quality. But we’d have taken a point with our “decimated” team missing 3 regulars ;-)"

"PDC are you blind and stupid, ungrateful you say... they were there for the taking and Moyes or his team chose not to bother.. 32% possession and 6 shots to their 20... they had far more players out than us but Moyes will trot out the usual bollocks about missing our creative players. Well Benny and Fornals were creative but their confidence is so shot they might as we retire!"
