Re: Ravel Morrison
"Is he still with his same agent? I know you've got to stay loyal to your mates, but surely the penny's dropped by now?"
Re: Ravel Morrison
The blokes a grade cսnt who only has himself to blame for Nausing up a very profitable career. He‚Äôs got plenty of time to reflect on what could of been. Would I want him back at West Ham?not on your Nelly.
Re: Ravel Morrison
"Sven Roeder 10:07 Tue Feb 16 Spot on. He was a magician on the ball, so skillful and silky. He should have pissed the championship and the dutch league. All the ability but none of the application. I would like to see Moyes get a tune out of him"

Not completely fulfilling potential = Joe Cole. No shame there. Flattering to deceive = Freddie Sears. No shame there. Being a complete cսnt = Ravel Morrison

"Sven Roeder 10:07 Tue Feb 16 I don't think he'd have been competing with them at all - they'd have been competing to line up alongside him. If he'd not been a twat from day one, he'd have been a Man Utd player starting at the 2014 World Cup and he'd have never missed an England game since. I honestly think he could have been that good that we could have won something. He could have been exceptional."

"chim - agree completely. The only thing I would say is that imagine the rest of us had been made millionaires before we were 18 before we'd done a single proper day of that work? That's going to trip some up. I'm not defending him, to be clear. He'd have been a twat on thousands a week or YTS money."

"Lots of people have tough backgrounds. Very few have the football ability to put that behind them and escape it. Probably the most frustrating waste of talent in English football. Has been given chance after chance and has pissed them all up against the wall. Should be competing against the likes of Foden, Grealish and Maddison for an England place. Instead he is just floundering about wasting everyones time"

Re: Ravel Morrison
"Colly, I would say that plenty of West ham supporters have been beaten by our background. Yet miraculously we understand that that to keep a job you have to turn up from time to time, no matter how innate your ability. Personally I hate cunts who self sabotage their entire lives then bleat about being innocent victims not given a chance by society. Grow up in the East End and see how far you get at interview when you open your mouth. Morrison has been given 30 more benefits of the doubt than any of us just because he can kick a ball. A long line of cunts like Marlon King, Nile Ranger and Adam Johnson. Fuck him and feed the cսnt to the fish."

Re: Ravel Morrison
"Did they touch on the time one Man Utd player after another - including Rio - had him up against a wall trying to shake some sense into him? That was one of the biggest Clubs in the world where he could have been their star - he fucked it up. I haven't listened to it. I think it's naive to believe that BFS has ""ruined"" his career. I don't think an arm round his shoulder would have done a single thing - if Ferguson and Man Utd couldn't get him to fall into line, no manager since was ever going to manage it. I completely believe that BFS tried to get him to change agent and that it could have substantially benefitted said agent, but it's fairly well-known that his current agent does him no favours at all and is a bad influence. That said, I don't believe the best agent could have helped him - he's a waster. BFS absolutely did not ruin his career. He was in the Premier League just last season! He just won't buckle down. Loving manager, good agent - neither would have helped, he's a waster. Hatred has him nailed."
Re: Ravel Morrison
"I understand he fucked up in other places, but he speaks so highly of West Ham. And he was playing regularly and it was all coming together. If allardyce thought he was so unprofessional why did he want him signing up to his agent? Fergies comment hit me a bit “he was a kid with a good heart who was beaten by his background”"

"Yes, Nicely, it's obviously Allardyces's faults he's fucked it up at every other club he's been to."

Re: Ravel Morrison
If you do a Google search on morrison and West Ham you’ll see that the vast majority of stories are Allardyce slagging off his professionalism. Has that formed most of our opinions and is there a reason Allardyce has been so vocal in the media over this one player?

"I listened to the whole podcast. Thick, inarticulate cսnt who seems to struggle making the effort to speak It's all everyone else's fault, doesn't understand why no club will give him a long contract blah blah blah cսnt."

"I've been down the professional sport route and it's brutal place to be. I wonder where I'd be today, where life is more regimented, stats based, blah blah blah. Who here thinks RM stopped for a second to think, ""I have talent to burn, how can I translate this in to football gold""? Surely, you can make that into making better decisions and surrounding yourself with better influences?"
Re: Ravel Morrison
I've listened to the whole interview. Ravel is incredibly honest and candid. It's rather emotional listening to it. I didn't think I could think of The Walrus more of a cսnt than I do now. He should be pulled up by the FA - ruining a footballers career because he wouldn't sign with his mate! He clearly needed a father figure. It would be interesting to see if Moyes could do anything with him.
Re: Ravel Morrison
Makes me think of another waste talent Moses Ashikodi. He couldn't get his head right and now he a Journey man with about 40 clubs in his career

Re: Ravel Morrison
Even the best technical players have to be professional to play at the top level. He was never professional enough. No manager or club will tolerate players who are not turning up to training and following club rules. No idea if he is still like that now but the fact that every club he has played at since he has barely got a kick at suggests either his ability has suffered dramatically from the young player who effortlessly glided past players or that he still has issues in that department. 28 and no club. Wasted talent but it was his to waste.

Crassus - Who knows but unfortunately being on the scrap-heap at 28 suggests he's never been focused and dedicated enough to put in the hard work.

Re: Ravel Morrison
"I feel really sorry for him and feel West Ham should have treated him better. Someone should have put their arm around him and given him a hug. Not bothering to turn up for training, beating up your ex girlfriend and making death threats to her mum is so obviously a cry for help. #prayforravel"
Re: Ravel Morrison
"Ken That's my point, I would think that attitude might work Actually, I am talking shit, ignore my fanciful bollox, but that was a goal and the video of that training goal defies belief"
Re: Ravel Morrison
"Haha Mate, if I owned the club I'd give this place something to talk about ..... Probably a good job that I don't, as it happens"
