"Kenzo, I agree it is used too easily, but it's quite clear the bloke isn't right in the head. He's also had a torrid family life, IIRC. Which might be why he is the way he is."

"Isn't Mental Health Issues"" just a cop out for being idiotic/immature and getting involved with the wrong people. That term is used too generally these days to sugarcoat stupidity."

"imagine being that talented and pissing it all up the wall. most men would give their left bollock to be that good at football, and this silly cսnt threw it all away. and still he's probably earned more money than some will in a lifetime......... although being that stupid he'll probably waste it all."

"prompted me to think of Savio NSEREKO to see what the little scamp is up to nowadays. on his 17th club at the age of 32. Scored 21 goals in 19 games last season for Armin MUNCHEN, who appear to be more famous for wrestling than football. Anyway, earned himself a move to BSC Sendling in the 9th (NINTH) tier of German football. He's also manager of their reserves, and hasn't faked his own kidnapping for several years. Things are looking up for the lad."

"Fuck him. He could have been a world star like Beckham but chose to piss it all away being a rudeboi. If you want to make it in football you have to be dedicated. He couldn't be arsed. And don't give me the ""upbringing"" bollocks. He's not the only one and others have made it. It smacks of excuses."

Not sure you can blame anyone apart from the bloke himself. He lasted just over a month at ADO Den Haag after signing for 500k. He has a screw loose and will likely end up inside.

"Morrison was in the Man U team that won the FA Youth cup in 2011. His teammates included Jesse Lingard,Paul Pogba,Sam Johnstone(West Brom),Michael Keane(Everton). The opposition Sheffield United included that big tosser Maguire, now captain of manure. Don't keep blaming the gum chewing fat man for Morrison's failure to make it ffs."

He was ridiculously good in 1 match over 8 years ago. That's it.

"His wasted talent is a travesty. And I think alot of people and Managers failed him. What really struck me was that no one really got underneath the surface to understand his problems and help him or support him. He loved his time at West Ham and the club should have done much more. They could have moved his Mum and brothers down, hired a liason officer to literally shadow him and Iook after him and his families needs. I just don't think anyone went that extra mile for someone who is clearly fragile and in need of care and support. What he could have delivered on the pitch wpuld have made it all worth it. I live many on here, I've seen him live and in the flesh in both training and in matches and he is undoubtably one of the best players I have ever seen. It is tragic how Allardyce treated him. What a player. He was ridiculously good. He is still only 28. I'd love it if Moyes could get hold of him."

PwoperNaughtyButNot 11:29 Tue Feb 16 You have a very strange idea of what constitutes a child. By your reckoning a 20 year old man shagging a 13 year old girl is fine yet a 27 year old man shagging a 20 year old 'kid' would be noncing.

I’m sure I read somewhere that when he went to lazio he took his “posse” with him and they were all over the place. How can you possibly change things when you take the problems with you

"Fabulous talent but let’s be honest, the guy isn’t just dull. He clearly has some form of learning difficulties. You don’t get all your teeth pulled out at 20 ordinarily. Add to that a huge wage for any young man. What could go wrong?"

The sad thing I guess is that 50year old blokes expect 20 year olds kids to suck it up because they are earning a fortune. Maybe money isn’t everything? Perhaps a little more pastoral care on football at a young age wouldn’t go a miss? You could class football’s kids that go off the rails the same as the hollywood kids that go off the rails - adults pass judgement because all they can see is how much money they have but nobody looks at the environment these children are in and the long term effects it will have on their lives. Children for adults entertainment has always been a bit weird. He is 28 now and clearly scarred. I hope he can get a couple of good seasons in the championship and have something to look back on other than regret and a bucket load of cash.

"Lee Well, given that he said he would never have left West Ham and he was doing pretty well when he was with us, I would thinking shipping him off to QPR didnt do wonders for him did it? Then getting promoted and still not being ""good enough"" for Allardyce's side... I'm sure he was better on the ball than every single outfield player we had. I dunno... Sam didnt do him any favours to put it mildly."

"Leroy, I agree with that point. But that Father figure shouldn't be our manager. Salvage the life first then think about the career. The squad trains with a smile, plays with a passion. When 1/28th of the squad requires 70% of the attention it's never good."
