Daily Quiz anyone?
"If you are stuck at home and bored like me. How about exercising the old grey cells? I have for a number of years run quiz nights and couple of times a year. I was due to do one tomorrow which is now cancelled So I have a bank of questions sitting in my computer's hard drive. They are quite eclectic in their nature. I am thinking I could put up a set of questions for which you write down your answers. After 30mins or so I will put up the answers. DO NOT POST YOUR ANSWERS. before I post the right answers. You mark your own answers and post your score. I will then record the scores and at the end of the ""lockdown"" we will see who is WHO's brainbox supreme. Obiviously no looking up the answers (you only cheat yourselves) Word of warning these won't be easy questions as they have been devised for teams of six. Forming teams on here might be too problematic. So I'll try to pick out the easier questions. Any interest?"

"That was the saddest part of that season, the TV strike. Something like 16 of Frank's goals aren't on tape anywhere, and that's a shame. Was at the Chelsea away game with my late dad. God knows how he got VIP tickets. Sat near John Cleese at lunch. Always remember a Chelsea pensioner behind me at 3-0 down say ""sod this I'm getting changed"""

"People always forget that Liverpool great double.winning team were lucky to have won the league Anyway that away kit I got. Got the 3 stripes, unlike the ones the club sells. Always rinds me of Chelsea away 4-0 https://footyclassics.com/product/west-ham-1986-away/"
Re: Daily Quiz anyone?
You are a gent. Thanks MD. I got a bit lucky as I watched a podcast with Alan Dickens recently. Interesting that he mentioned that they were all out of steam and mentally buggered after Liverpool edged it but what they forgot was if they had beaten Everton on the Monday they would have played at Wembley in the shield because liverpool won the cup as well.
