Re: ‚ö? Olympiakos FC v West Ham - Official Match Thread
"Got to be said we do have some proper wankie supporters. Was at the Newcastle game, and one idiot, behind me spent the whole game screaming and generally ranting about Souchek. Non stop. Even had the balls to Boo when he was subbed. I just had to tell him to shut the fuck up, and then listen to him ranting about not being ""Proper West Ham"" silly old cսnt!!!"
Re: ‚ö? Olympiakos FC v West Ham - Official Match Thread
Take no notice Swindon. The usual brainless gobshites will always be that. Fundamental haters masquerading as supporters... It's funny really that most of them don't go to games (like myself btw) and criticise you that does because you weren't born in east London. Shows the level of intelligence (sic) I mean idiocy....

"West Ham fans travelling to Greece this week will be wrapped in a protective police cocoon after Olympiakos' most recent match was abandoned amid a vitriolic atmosphere at the Karaiskakis Sradium. ""Protective police cocoon"" Ag ag ag ag"

Who's said you don't care Swindon? What you do is actually have a pop at those that care enough to expect better football and you have snide little pops about it often putting down our history in wanting a good footballing style......most of the rest is twaddle from you.....because you don't quite understand how people expect & talk things up in our part of the world the club have to have a certain footballing style......and this is for twofacedcunt.....our history was being a small local club that strived to play the game in a certain way that kept the cockneys in attendance chirpy.....

"Mikey, again you are ranting to me about something I haven’t argued against. Just to be clear I have no issue about people not liking the manager due to the style of play. People have the right to be entertained when spending their hard earned money. My arguments have been as follows: Just because you aren’t a born and bred east Londoner from a generation of Hammers that doesn’t mean you don’t care passionately about West Ham as much anyone else. It’s insulting to the thousands of us that have spent fortunes and taken time to travel miles to matches all these years. We are just as passionate and probably spend more money at the same time. Just because you hate Moyes doesn’t mean you can’t admit he’s done a decent job at least for a couple of years. We have had some good things happen over the past 3.5 years that we haven’t seen for a number of years including 2 top 7 finishes, 3 consecutive years in Europe, a huge win against Sevilla and a memorable cup win. Regardless of money we have had some good moments. It seems like some are desperate to erase a lot of that or pretend it wasn’t a big deal. Finally calling any club we play in Europe a “Pub team” Olympiakos, Frieburg, Fiorentina, AZ Alkmaar, Lyon & Seville are not pub teams. It’s completely ignorant to say they are. They are all decent sized clubs with a lot of history and tough places to go. Just because we spent close to 200 million one season (Much of which was wasted) doesn’t make us Real Madrid and make us think we will easily beat them. So just to repeat Mikey. I have no issue with people not liking the style of football."

"Swindon, you have spent most your life in the West Country and have spent more than enough years to pick a 'local' club that way as your team seeing as all your school years were there......instead of a bigger club in the capital. So again.... why a club in the capital?"
Re: ‚ö? Olympiakos FC v West Ham - Official Match Thread
"We spend more than most champions league clubs but are expected to be happy with a mid table finish. Spend a bit more get a competent manager and he'd pay for himself with higher league finishes. That Villa game should have woken up a few of the Moyes in dickheads, there's no argument now that Moyes isn't able to take us forward, because he's fucking useless."

"Save your breath Swindon. Takashi, Snide, KD and Daveyg are just moronic keyboard warriors who are under this deluded notion that West Ham should be playing in the champions league and managed by Pep Guardiola. They know NOTHING about the history of our club otherwise they would appreciate what we have at the moment. Is Moyes perfect? Fuck no. Is he right for us at this moment? Probably not BUT I'll keep supporting him until the club, or he, decides it's time for a change. What will happen now is the Moyes out girls will read what I have written and imagine that is is a ringing endorsement for him. It's just the way they are. In terms of peoples location well I am Sussex born and bred so I guess I should be supporting Brighton but I made my decision back in 75 and I have stuck with it."

"swindon, I want the players to be allowed to play. that's never going to happen with him in charge. I hate tottenham, more than millwall, but I'll admit I'm jealous at the moment with the type of manager they have in charge. I know it's early days there for the aussie & can/probably will go pear shaped as that's what they do, but I look at their players and they're enjoying the football. it's night and day to when they had the Italian moyes in charge, grinding out results and growling at anyone that dared express themselves"

"what 'you lot'? I comment for myself, take it up with the others that joined in and what the fuck has it got to do with you anyway? he's the one questioning how much of a fan people are, despite never supporting his local team. he can fuck off"

"I expect us to win but its not going to be a walk in a park. They have a good home record in european competitions and the atmosphere is going to intense. We got hammers all over the world, so I am not sure why you lot are ganging up on Swindon. I am born in north london to parents from Hackney... does that make me less of a hammer then you lot?"

Re: ‚ö? Olympiakos FC v West Ham - Official Match Thread
"Mikey Boy. I was born In Bournemouth, lived in Swindon during my school years, moved to Harrogate for 3 years for College and work and then moved back to Swindon for a few years and have now lived near Bath for a number of years. So no I don’t have a particular connection to one area. Supporting West Ham is hardly a glory thing is it? West Ham have many many loyal supporters that weren’t born in London and don’t live in London but have spend thousands of pounds going to watch the team they love. Being born within walking distance of the ground or having father’s that were West Ham supporters doesn’t make you a bigger fan than any of us “Tourists” You keep saying immature things like “Dinosaur lovers” and “your hero Moysie” and yet I have made multiple posts recently about how I understood why people don’t like his style of play and people pay good money to watch us play so have the right to criticise. Just because I don’t do daily rants about how much I hate Moyes and say stuff like I hope he dies of aids doesn’t mean I love him and he’s my hero. My main issue has always been the rewriting of history in regards to suggesting finishing in the top 7 in successive seasons and beating Seville and then winning the cup last season wasn’t a big deal. I also took issue to calling every European team we play a pub team. It does come across as ignorant particularly as some of them have more illustrious histories than our own."
