"Going out on a limb there Mike with that prediction ;-) One thing you have to admire about Tommys performances is that he has a very low chance of getting injured other than cuts or blows to his nut. That‚Äôs what averaging 10 - 15 touches of the ball in a game gives you. Touch?© Tom, touch?© Moyesiah !!"

Hornchurch coaches left early. My prediction? Soucek will play.

I haven't seen much of Burnley other than MOTD clips but they do play decent football it seems. Just the type of team that Moyes tactics could trip us up with.....

"Last time I went to Burnley, Andy Lochead was playing, On the train there, and looking at the squalid northern towns with black smoke spilling from every house's chimney, we were told that these northerners will shit anywhere, by a bloke who also told us that he had worn a suit and tie that day because he had a ticket for the stand. The result I can't remember, but it was one of the few occasions that I stood with all the hooligans. Definitely mid sixties"

Here we go.. A Moyes special for sure. Defensive Dinosaur tactics to gift Burnley 3 points only to say afterwards “we had lots of chances and have to do better in front of goal”… We should be spanking this lot. No fucking excuses.

"Last time i went to turf moor, we beat them 2-0 with 2 penalties in the league cup i think, circa 2012. The back of my seat was missing, so a plank was nailed to what was left and the seat number was wrote on with felt tip. Amateur cunts."

"Good news about Antonio, yes he's been pretty shit this season, but with two games a week for the foreseeable we will need him. Suspect both Bowen and Kudus are fine for tomorrow."
Re: ‚ö? Burnley v West Ham - Official Match Thread
"I expect Moyes will hunker down and hope for a free kick or corner like he does EVERY FUCKING WEEK. To be fair Burnley are terrible at defending set pieces and their keeper looks to be a fucking bottler. How times change, in the past they'd have defended Moyes tactics all day long with ease. Tippy tappy lose every week is more fashionable with Kompany the fucking self styled smooth operator looking all too pleased with himself despite their terrible league position. Reminds me of Moyes actually."

"""Not warm out there today!"" The boss jokes as he comes in and is asked about team news. ‚Äã""Michail has got a small injury. It's not serious. it will probably keep him out for a couple of weeks. I think, give or take, two weeks. I don't want to nail down an exact time scan but about that long. ‚Äã""We hope Jarrod will be available tomorrow against Burnley but we will make a decision on that tomorrow."""

"It's just bad luck having Antonio, Bowen and Kudus all maybe out at the same time. Any team would struggle with that, but it does highlight that we are (as we all know) one capable centre forward light and that we've really been getting away with it over the last 18 months. It'll probably have to be: JWP Alvarez Soucek Paqueta Ings/Mubama/Cornet Benny/Fornals In truth that should still be enough to fashion at least 1-2 chances we should take against Burnley."
Re: ‚ö? Burnley v West Ham - Official Match Thread
"Agreed Rossal, if they had prayed for their next opponents they couldn't have done better! Our striker situation is beyond belief, I hope it is not left for moyes to sort in January."
Re: ‚ö? Burnley v West Ham - Official Match Thread
"If we haven't got Bowen or Kudus think will be a real struggle. They've lost every home game, bottom of the league...... enter West Ham We've seen it before and got a feeling we'll see it again tomorrow. 1-0 Burnley probably Jay fucking Rodriguez As said below unless JWP puts it on Soucek's head for one of his 7 touches in the game how we gonna score?"
Re: ‚ö? Burnley v West Ham - Official Match Thread
"One thing that.stands out as classic Moyes “fvck wittery” is the wide left position. We have played Benrahma, Fornals, Paqueta and even Kudus there one game. None of them are wide left players or had any history playing the position? Antonio has but Moyes will never admit his managerial insight and know how, pushing Antonio central, was only effective for 18 months and really he has never had the instincts of technique to be a centre forward. Formals and Benrahma are as slow as it gets and should never be in a wide role either side. They were both central midfielders before Moyes got his hands on them. The one player we have who has played left back ( Lyon ) and down the left all his career and has been fit since the start of the season is one Maxwell Cornet. He can even play as a central striker, is quick and likely to notch a goal or two ( well more than Antonio or Ings) Mr Moyes has given him less than 5 minutes in the league and very limited game time in the cups He’s either permanently damaged resulting from that calf injury last season or Mr Moyes is once again putting his ego and need to be right and in control ahead of what’s logical or common sense. Give the bloke a few games he can’t do any worse than who we know he’s going to play there. Same old rotation, Benrahma or Fornals and Inge up top centrally. The “Tortoise Collective”. Or is the rumour / conspiracy theory , that because Cornet was not a Moyes transfer pick, he is ignored even if he’s playing like Messi in training etc? Same was said about Downes. He got bombed out asap once Warburton was bombed out by Moyesiah ?"

"Bowen has a knee injury, and is due more scans. Kudus has a back injury."
