Ryan O'Neal. Driven off into the Sunset.

Post RBshorty »

Big in the 70’s. With a bunch of gems. What’s Up Doc?. Paper Moon. A Bridge Too Far. Barry Lyndon. And the absolute classic. That is. The Driver. 82 RIP

The Driver and Paper Moon are both quality. Although his biggest claim to fame (apart from shagging Farah Fawcett) was probably having the Harrington jacket named after his charcter in Peyton Place. RIP

"Decent actor who grew older gracefully rather than keep doing films to boost their ego. Mind you, who’d need an ego when you’ve had Farrah Fawcett warming you up? The cat that got all the cream, RIP you lucky fucker."

"Tatum, his daughter was indeed married to McEnroe. O'Neal and Tatum had a difficult relationship over the years but I believe they made up, and he had a pretty stormy relationship with Farrah Fawcett as well. I remember watching Paper Moon as a kid and What's Up Doc is a good film as was Love Story. RIP"

"I'm not the only one then, don't recognize him either. I might watch The Driver though, it looks good and have found a good copy."

"You missed Love Story. One of the greatest 'romance films' of all time. He bedded some of the most beautiful women on the planet, so no doubt died with a MASSIVE smile on his handsome face."
