Normally I'd say it's a good thing for club owners to not radically change the type of manager with each appointment (like GSB have done every time, necessitating continual squad upheaval), but in this case that's exactly what we need, especially long term. I'd take Rafa until the end of the season now. He's one of the few that could work with our hideously slow squad of players and is fairly tactically astute. Wouldn't be pretty though and I would never want him full time but he'd keep us up I reckon.
