You'd think they could work out that there's a big difference between profit and turnover, but apparently not."

I'd assume our wage bill went up accordingly. year on year the European football income will be similar. PL prize money a smallish increase. "Nutsack I think they were talking about current examples... anyway Moyes being manager when the player was bought or sold doesn't mean he developed them...its down to good procurement buying low and selling high which having Tim in place has definitely helped.... to date and there are many more examples Moyes has been instrumental in either buying high and/or selling low ... Haller, Scamacca, Benny, Fornals, Anderson, Kehrer etc etc but he can definitely be blamed for not utilising players effectively and therefore reducing the sell on fee..."

Nutsin - name one player that Moyes bought that we have actually made a profit o when sold. Bowen was an excellent signing and he is the glaring exception to the rule. Every other Moyes signing he has lost money on and most impressively that includes players like Scamaca and Haller who have gone on to prove that Moyes is clueless. Thank god Moyes has gone... he was clearly ready to work his magic on Alvarez!

Moyes's time will be tarnished by this and last season dour performances and some horrendous defeats... shame as those first 2 full season offered some hope but ultimatley he resorted to what he knew low block boring negative anti football... but we werent very good at it...
