A laxative suppository before a colonoscopy is what we need metaphorically speaking. I reckon the sheer relief of flushing out all the stinking remnants of the past year will be enough to get the players up to speed again. Warburton with Noble could do it - it's not difficult just give the players some freedom to let loose their pent up frustration.

"Although most fans know he's a busted flush and not long for this West Ham world, I can't see Sullivan sacking him now until the end of the season. Moyes will be wanging on to Sullivan and Brady about how the next three games are 'winnable', even though he seemingly makes no attempts to actually go and win games. He'll play the usual 'Spurs away is tough and we got points off Newcastle and Chelsea' bullshit - without ever realising that's two points out of nine - and remains relegation form. Just go, David. The team is shit, it is god awful to watch, your captain - and our best player - is openly questioning your tactics, most fans have had it with you, and you are at least 15 years out of date tactically. You are not a winner. You don't win. You attempt to draw. At best. An honorable man would know the game is up and move aside. A bloodsucker will cling on and take the payoff when it comes - Championship or not."

Sullivan couldn't give a toss. He already sold up. And just counting the days.

Moyes must have something on Sullivan - no big business owner can be that thick surely.

"Our players are bored, depressed and lack motivation so it's no wonder they look shit under this fraud who wants his pay-off because he's clearly sulking about the fact players were signed above his head. Our chairman has lost his mind...considering his dress sense you'd think he would take a few pointers from The Death of Stalin film..."

"Benitez Hassenhuttl There are 24 championship managers, we could realistically get 16 of them if we asked. Anyone will do now."

"That was the most predictable performance and result of a poor season. Moyes throwing in the towel before a ball was kicked and somehow as the game went on we got worse and worse. It's an absolute joke that he's still in a job. It has to be down to the sale of the dwarfs major shares, the club is getting buried by politics which is allowing this absolute loser of a manager slowly drown us"

"He just talks utter shite in post-match interviews. Meaningless non-sequiturs, platitudes and drivel, liberally sprinkled with absolutely no tactical insight or humility. Moyes is a busted flush. We are fucked until he goes. I hate watching us at the moment. We can take the disappointing results - god knows we're used to that after 43 years of mostly hell. But we are 'new heights' dreadful tactically and technically under Moyes, and painful to watch on every level."

Maybe you can answer a question in what you mean by man up? We all have the same desire. I can't be be any more mam than wanting West Ham to do well. No need to all start fighting each other surely?
