Re: Moyes Out
"Moyes aversion to youth can be best seen with Ashby. You just know that under Howe's coaching Ashby will turn into Newcastle' regular full back and the probably England's. Under Moyes, its just so depressing. A 4th round which has not had an upset, we play last with safety first Moyes as manager. I fear a normal West Ham cup upset with a 1-0 defeat, hopefully it will be so embarrassing (no I dont WANT us to lose I never do) if we do lose it may make the board sack the jock twat. That would be a small crumb of comfort at least."
Re: Moyes Out
Most of the top divisions probably overlap a bit with arguably the exception of the Premiership some years ( although recent seasons teams coming up from the Championship have started to do better). But Derby could perhaps compete and survive in the Championship? The real issue is momentum. 18 games unbeaten makes a team feel they can beat anyone. Conversely West Ham scrape a win after 7 games ( FA Cup aside ) and in steep decline. Moyes will set up as always. Don't concede ( even tho we usually do)

Re: Moyes Out
be interested to hear the narrative after we get well beaten tonight by a championship team. Same tired line up other than a swap with the GK.

Re: Moyes Out
"They should have sacked Moyes after the Leicester defeat. We were onto nothing with him then and we are certainly onto nothing with him now. The europa Conference league will be binned off and Moyes will put all efforts into staying up by hook or by crook. We go back to being the serial underachievers we always fucking have been. If Moyes don't go this season and we stay up, guaranteed he takes us down next, because he will still think his methods work and won't be told otherwise. JOCK CUNTTTTT"

Re: Moyes Out
The players hated curbishley during the tevez great escape season at least according to Hayden Mullins and Anton Ferdinand. And the players now have to do the same no matter how much they despise Moyes . It's an absolute clusterfuck caused by one man's greed and his refusal to sack an outdated out of touch dinasour from drumchapel .
Re: Moyes Out
"Unfortunately we just have to let things play out with Moyes. Nothing points to improvements so it will be the same results which will be narrow defeats which has been perfect for his post game excuses "" we're showing signs of improvement""ù , ""marginals going against us""ù, ""felt we were comfortable but didn't take our chances""ù etc Moyes and Nevin are done, finished and have been out of ideas to arrest the slide for months. The recruitment was disjointed and not addressing the severe lack of pace that undermines everything. The ""Death March""ù to relegation continues."
Re: Moyes Out
"conceding possession wouldnt be a issue if we actually had pacey players on the break , we were literally the deadlisest team on the counter two years ago, fk knows what happened"

Re: Moyes Out
Well when these pundits & media cսnt us off for wanting better they can take a look at our possession stats before telling us we should be grateful.

"""For the same reason they didn't sack Grant?"" Yes this is the Grant Season all over again. As we all expected, victory against Everton has had the desired effect and papered over the cracks. They wont sack him now, relegation or not."

"McCoist & Matterface(?) discussing how 'possession of the ball' is key to the modern game, so can they assess what's wrong at West Ham like we have? Moyes can't seem to see this...."

Re: Moyes Out
Anyone curious as to why Everton are still to confirm Sean Dyche's appointment? No official confirmation for a story that has been confirmed in the media for the last 2 days. Are they waiting to see if Derby beat us and Sullivan pulls the trigger?
