"The scariest thing about Saturday was the subs for me. Not that they would normally be terrible for a manager to make defensive subs. But more about the man that was making those changes and what that means in this context. It's not Man City you're playing and you're stealing a sneaky win. Newcastle will be the game that defines if this guy can learn or not. He will try to keep it tight and be happy with a draw. But they will nick 1 or 2 near the end because they will be always on the offensive with us. And Moyes will say we were just unlucky blah blah.. We will probably stay up but not due to Moyes' tactics that's for sure."

Soucek will be shoed back in asap probably too. Downes will continue to get very few minutes and, as per his 10 mins on Saturday, played in a more advanced midfield which is unsuited to him. They obviously think Rice must only play as the deepest, defensive central midfielder despite him being able to carry the ball and create space and potential chances for others. Need him gone but personally I'm resigned to him remaining this season now and so just hope he can oversee us getting another 22 points? Tall order IMO but hope he proves me wrong"
