"yep keeping him and also not backing him in the Jan window if the rumours are to be believed. Writings on the wall, they must see something beneficial for them in getting us relgated because thats looking very likely"

Wolves just signed a striker. The actions of the owners are genuinely mystifying. He's not turning this around and we have some huge games coming up. Cunts the lot of them. I hope we fall through the football league and they lose every penny of their investment.

I dont see Moyes going anywhere as they regretted getting rid of him last time and the pay off would be too high. They are going to gamble other teams are worse. From what I've seen they are not. Wolves played well today but dont have a striker. If they find one in Jan then they will go clear. They are playing well whereas we dont look like getting anything from games.

if we lose to Leeds and Everton its time to get the 'Favorite Away Grounds in the Championship' thread up and running.

dont beat leeds and Everton? We've just lost 5 games on the spin playing some of the most god awful football ever to grace the premier league and the owners really think Moyes is about to pull two wins out the bag? Only at this club to we repeat the same old mistakes with the same outcomes. It's almost predictable - riding high one year and crashing down the next. How many times now?

"Don't beat Leeds and Everton and surely they will sack him But it will far too late then and it will be Warburton until the end of the season when we will try for Dyche to get us out of the championship. 180 million wasted on a football manager who is too fucking stubborn and a chairman who doesn't know his arse from his elbow. Warburton coming in gives me vibes of what happened between Bonds and Redknapp, always wanting the top job and waiting in the wings for it to go sour. Not sure what else he has added to the backroom staff but whatever it is, it hasn't been good."

"For me the issue is there are no signs of him being able to turn things around with the players he now has. I think there's a fair chance they weren't his signings, but it's what we have now. There's no green shoots for which to be optimistic, no signs that things may suddenly start to click."

"Well I think relegation is more likely than not looking at our fixtures still to come. Kretinsky's young girlfriend has already got him spending loads of dosh on her unconnected with football clubs. Seems to me Sullivan and Gold will likely be left with a Championship club worth a lot less than it is today. Let's face it, that's exactly what those two arseholes deserve!"

"Am I correct to think that is active from March and how long is the option open for? Meaning, is it effective upon a specific date or from that date for a fixed term Would be interesting to know as if it is from March, will it still be live at the end of the season? Bit of both, actually Crassus. The option price is in force now (from November 2021) and will have a fixed expiry date, agreed by both parties. Unfortunately, documents filed at Companies House, don't say what the expiry date is and my research hasn't found out what it is. If anybody actually knows the expiry date, I'd be genuinely interested, to know it. If referring to March, you are thinking of the London Stadium ""penalty clause,"" that may be a red herring. Kretinsky's partial share purchase, counted as a partial disposal by the owners, so triggered the penalty clause. It was only just south of £2.6 million for the amount of shares involved, but the cost was borne by West Ham United, not the dildo's personally."

I'm very sorry Crassus. My lack of reading skills due to not being from East London has hindered me there. Does seem a bit strange that other posters are also questioning what the deal is. Maybe they were born outside East London as well!

"""The fear is that things get left too long to make a change""ù We're almost in this territory now. I honestly think the club is gambling that we'll do enough to get 17th. History tells us this is foolhardy and this season already smacks of Roeder and Grant where we left it way too late and in the case of Roeder went down with a squad full of talent. Seems history is doomed to repeat itself and yet more misery for the fans to endure. The end of Sullivan's tenure cannot come soon enough."

"Swindon FFS, how many times does Westside have to say what the deal is? It's a pre agreed, at a fixed price option, without obligation, irrespective of relegation but clearly less likely if we are relegated"

"Westside A quick question mate - I get that the deal is a purchase option at a fixed, pre agreed price Am I correct to think that is active from March and how long is the option open for? Meaning, is it effective upon a specific date or from that date for a fixed term Would be interesting to know as if it is from March, will it still be live at the end of the season?"

"Sullivan Gold Moyes All have won fuck all in the game and we are supposed to be on the path to the next level. The sooner they all fuck off the better. We have had 2 very good seasons and won fuck all. A European semi and finish 6th and 7th. Amazing, fantastic, pull up statues All that hard work undone in the space of 16 games of this season. No point living in the past as that won't save us from relegation.and come February we will have 2 more knock out and potentially more games to come."

Kretinski isn't stupid. He will either have an option to buy the club or if it's an already agreed commitment to buy it at the end of the season he will have a clause inserted in it to renegotiate the price if we were to be relegated.

"Can someone please clarify Kretinsky's position? If we get relegated, what's to prevent him selling his shares and looking for another club to buy? Nothing. The agreed sale price with Gold and Sullivan, is just an option. Although that price won't change on relegation, the likelihood of the option being exercised, would be reduced. And any new buyer, isn't going to pay that same price, for a Championship club. And Kretinsky's 27% shareholding would be worth a lot less, than what he paid for it, if relegated."

"British yes that could well be the case but would Kretinski be committed legally to having to make the purchase or is it just an option? If he isn't, he won't make the purchase you wouldn't think? Then they need a new purchaser and not at the alleged 600 mill or whatever GSB want? A championship outfit that has just sold off 10 players at a huge loss will not be that attractive ?"

Sir Alf . I think this sale to kretinsky is all but done and has been for months relegation dosent affect the price .
