Before this playing for Man U (for example) gave you top ( ish) football and international football. This challenges that and will establish a new mentality of absolute mercenaries and players with a broad integrity. I’m sure many players will go for the money. They might not be the best.

Same as PSG did and Monaco a few years back in the French League. Whats to stop the PL doing that again? Before the PL there was only Liverpool and Man U that could be classed as super clubs at all. I dont think leagues are successful because of the clubs alone. Sky had a massive part to play in the revolution of broadcasting. I think they could do it again. Even adding the Scottish teams etc.. What Ive noticed about football, is that it will always have a local connection. Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish fans etc.. still enjoy their leagues and love their clubs. Regardless of whether they play Madrid or not. Let them fuck off really. I think wed have a bette more enjoyable league without the stupid amount of money that only some clubs can spend."
