I do have a little sympathy about tonight - having a game on deadline day is not very helpful. Yes we should have planned recruitment much much better but we cant really control player sales very easily.

So it looks like those three are out and we are working on Ismaila Sarr as the replacement.

Right this is seemingly mental. Three possibly on the out and looking very doubtful even one comes in as things stand. Have we learned nothing from previous windows? We needed to expand the squad and add quality- not have a net shrinking of the squad which is potentially paper thin and lose our only alternatives to those in the first XI. A couple of injuries and we're fucked if all three of those players leave. As it stands I don't even know who the fuck there would be to fill the bench up- how many youth keepers do we have in total? Same old same old. At the very least it looks like two are going and we look miles from signing anyone. Premier league team run like a pub team.

Sarr (formerly of Watford) now being mentioned as a loan option. Smacks of desperation but least he’d bring some pace.
