Depressing. I feel a bit sorry for Lop that he has players doing stupid things like that when he's got enough on his plate. Not sure I can watch the rest. Will be painful.
Why would you feel sorry for him. His decisions facilitate this

They just look unsure of everything.. It's not great is it.. We look no more of a unit than we did first game of the season.

He ( or any centre forward) occupies an area of the pitch that is currently empty, Scott.
Their centre halves were in slippers for 45 minutes
Lopetegui really isn't very clever and whilst the sending off was fucking stupid, the half otherwise played out pretty much how anyone with a modicum of football knowledge might have predicted

A complete waste of time, sack the cսnt at HT.
There are some morons on here (and elsewhere) who wanted Alvarez as captain, you know who you are. Do yourself a favour and follow another sport, utterly clueless. The Mexican clown has never really been any good, the same as the fraud Paqueta.
Fuck the lot of them off.
Ha ha
Were you one of the mugs who wanted Alvarez as captain?

I think the team needs a hypnotist or something.
It's never ability. It's just stupid decisions and lack of concentration.
ALL THE FUCKING TIME with us.
No formation, squad line up or whatever will ever sort that out. It's in their heads.
I think as a coach you must be think wtf, these guys are on 80k+ a week what the hell are they doing?
As a school kid you learn to watch the striker not the fucking ball!
And why on a 2nd yellow are you doing sliding tackle in the 1st fucking half with 3 other defenders back with you? What are you, superman?? Mal fucking dini??
Get rid of him. Absolute liability. Needs his head checked seriously.

Really brainless amateurish shit from the Mexican. I knew the bloke is a sandwich or two short but he's got to be taking the fucking piss with that?
If he hasn't learnt by now he never will. Sell him on in January .

Slow midfeld but totally loses his head yet again. No intelligence whatsoever
no way back. Its just a case of how many they will score now
starting without Antonio means no outlet but as pedicted the lack of pace in midfield strikes again. We cannot press, we cannot handle fast counters and Alvarez panicked without looking to see we did have a few back this time. He gets caught for pace as does Rodruiguez every game.
their goal was lack of pace with the greek trying to catch a fast winger because Lop plays Wan Bissaka as a winger. All self inflicted
need legs in midfield ( alf repeats for the 100th time).

its just crazy that we’re still so dependent on antonio
Agree with the first sentence.
But what would exactly would Antonio add?
We have been reliant on an older version of Antonio that doesn't exist any more.
Current Antonio doesn't add much.
But of course now I've said that he'll come on and score.

ONE shot on target the whole fucking half. WHEN are we going to sort the striking situation out that we've had for years now?
Antonio and Soucek on, the only likely scorers today IMO.

Proper simpleton with tackles is Alvarez. What’s he fucking thinking. I knew either he or Rodriguez would go off once they were booked.
That aside, another fucking horrific half of football.

Fucking useless prick. Bloody card liability ever game he plays. Alvarez, Rodriguez useless. Paqueta just not interested. Better off having Kilman or Todibo in midfield ahead of those three.

Had to be one of the dumbest and most unnecessary red cards I've ever seen. The attacker was completely isolated, going no where, and we had four defenders back. So maddening
