Just like the Japan deal its all headline numbers that Korea dont agree with. Korea's view is that investment is mostly in companies in Korea that trade with the US. Believe it when it actually happens

The $100bn gas agreement is spread over 4 years and they already import $17bn per year so its and extra $32bn.

Plus obviously steel imports are at 50% tarriffs and manufacturers using that steel would cost them more.

Cars still at 15% more.

Its a win win for the US consumer

The point is the council are reviewing the decision to remove their housing benefits. Sounds like a case of ineligibility for the type of housing they were in. No thought from the council as to where they were supposed to go. 

It is a disgrace the way people get treated. Seems like rules are rules irrespective of any kind of mitigation. In this case they should not have had to rely on a backlash. If thats what happened.

Strip out trade inventory & government spending and you have “Real Final Sales to Private Domestic Purchasers”. This is underlying demand growth.

Q2 was 1.2%, a step back of 0.7% from Q1.
