Lopetegui (sacked 8.1.2025)

I was thoroughly looking forward to the start of this season
Was also prepared that things might take some time and wasn't expecting miracles over night What I didn't expect was a manager who after spending 6 weeks with the total dross he'd been left by Moyes would deem them fit to start in a premier league game And low and behold all of them played absolute shit
We're now 1 game in and none of our new players are any closer to bedding in or learning anything from their new team mates cos they barely spent a second on the pitch, half of them not at all I think it's gonna take somewhere between 6-10 games before we see the team anyone with an ounce of sense would play cos this bloke can't identify shit when he see's it I thought we was handed a miracle at half time when we went in level and low and behold he changed nothing I'm sure people are gonna make excuses for him and say it's too early to judge
But from what I've just seen today, this cսnt is David Moyes in a mission impossible mask

They’ve already started working on his replacement, it’ll be Terzic I’m sure.
Heard Bilic warned him off becuase of Sullivan.
Who did you hear that through Wils?

He's gone and he knows it.
Would anyone take Bilic until the summer?
Bilic is an interesting suggestion, I do like him and was a shame it went pear shaped with us, but im IN on Bilic as a temporary appointment, if it works then would not be adverse to him getting the job again.
Wont happen though

I'm seriously thinking Lopetegui is actually a TikTok prankster
Despite the depressing result, that made me laugh.

I dont think Sully will do a thing. Too early for him despite it being obvious we got the recruitment and coaching wrong. Thing we dont know for sure is who picked what players because Steidten aint looking too good out of this either and will be Sullivan's fall guy. Sullivan will say DOF ( which he wasnt allowed to be ) does not work at West Ham and go back to him and his agents getting any players.?

I knew it before he joined when I read an old article on him written a few years ago that described him as a Spanish David Moyes. Then he was announced and thought the shit would hit the fan. AWB scores two on the bounce from the right and was shifted to the left tonight, great management! Yes Sullivan needs to go but so does Lo, he just doesn't instil any confidence. We also need a Captain, need a Nolan, Noble type, someone to lead on and off the pitch, Bowen is a top player but he ain't a Captain.

Great progress, from winning with counter attack to possession football and losing to counter attack.
Fucking crap!

Obviously the main problem is that the owner is a cretin who couldn’t find his arse with both hands …
But the manager has to go tonight.
Maybe the Leicester owner could offer the pair of them a lift home in his helicopter

This clown shoe wearing fraud cսnt should have been binned the second the whistle went at the end of the Chelsea debacle.
Enough is fucking enough, gone tonight or Burnley 2.0 v Wolves.

Leicester and Wolves definitely winnable, not so sure about Bournemouth
We've gone to Newcastle and played them off the park.
Ofc we can beat Bournemouth at their matchbox.

Have you seen us play this season? We are about as consistent as my sex life. Those games are only winnable if we play like we did at Newcastle.
That's a winnable run of games. End of.
Why even try to dispute it?
