Terrible from the German keeper though, beaten at her near post from that angle
Can you imagine England men losing a Euro semi to that goal
Pickford would be strung up in Trafalgar Square
That wasn't a shot,it was a completely messed up cross. If it had been hit properly, the keeper had it covered.

England are definitely struggling at the back. And too slow to get into the game
She's more confident in the super subs getting them out of trouble, than defending a lead for any length of time.
The odds are against us, too many minutes played and Spain would have copped on to Kelly and Agyemang by now, depends whether they will have fresh legs on their bench capable of containing them.
I still reckon England will win.

Yeah but they absolutely stifled us then and are better now, and we are worse. Particularly in defence. Leah Williamson is good but the others are a significant downgrade on Millie Bright. Left back isn't over convincing either. I don't think it's good enough to keep Spain out. Would like to be wrong but I think it'll be a straightforward win for Spain.
Prospectively three losses to them in finals in a row. Grim.

Re: 2025 European Championships * *womens
This really should have been the final, it's the only two teams that can ping a ball and Germany have the only goalkeeper who looks like a proper keeper.
Spain should easily beat us, although of course I hope our girls can cause an upset.

I just love that England regularly reach Finals these days regardless of gender. I make that 4 back-to-back Finals in a row now. Not bad for little old England on the International stage.

Understand penalty was saved & she scored from the rebound
That’s 3 pens out of 8 scored
Will be hoping the final is done before pens
Also hoping that if the Spanish win the Spanish FA president keeps his cock in his pants during the trophy presentation

Starmer was pushing hard for this to happen last time, when he was leader of the opposition. Now he's the PM he must be secretly hoping we lose, he'll look terrible if we win and he doesn't grant the holiday but economically he can't do that.

The crumpet are believing in themselves, something the men's team are sometimes lacking.
Well played sonesses.

Re: 2025 European Championships * *womens
I wish them well but I cant abide with the frothing fucking shit that comes out afterwards. Some bint claiming that Kelly would be 4th or 5th pick in a men's XI, forgetting that she's been on the women's sub's bench for fuck sake.
