I've not seen anyone accused of 'Zoltaneering' in recent years. Maybe because most WHOers are now so old travel, women, food, clothes, cars, etc.

We did poll for the return of Anon/Black Font posting...general view was against. Imagine moderation of such a feature would probably be a nightmare in this day and age of offence.
Maybe some kind of cordoned off, unmoderated, Anon-only posting area (Off Off Topic/ WHO Wild West) could work for those wishing to be 'creative')...with everyone under a veil of anonymity.
