"Posted the same last year. Nothing has changed, except win don't win matches anymore. I'm fed up, we can do much better"

"And at the Brentford presser, when questioned about our 2024 form, he also added this fucking worldie: ""It can happen. Your not perfect the whole season. I wouldn't say that would be normal for a team at West Ham's level. But quite a few teams have found it difficult in different months this year."" Fuck me. Astounding."

"I also heard over the weekend the same. That Moyes contract extension comes 'subject to terms' and those terms are that he will be relieved being ""manager"" and it is clearly stated as 'first team coach'. With input only in areas that need strengthening but not on specific targets or transfer dealings. Apparently he's not too happy about it and is the reason why he hasn't signed it. I alluded to this last week where it seems Sullivan is treating Moyes with kid gloves and is slowly easing a new direction in without wanting to upset Moyes. Moyes has been asked about this today and has come out with this pearler of a response. ""I've always been involved with recruitment. Always. If you don't recruit well then you probably won't be doing your team any good. You don't get them all right. But I've done well.... Tim Cahill, John Stones. Arteta, Pienaar, Lescott. People through the academy like Ross Barkley."" Seriously? Has he completely lost the plot?"

Coaches improve players not ruin them. Moyes is not a coach.

"I can't believe that for a minute. 1, we know what happens to players bought in without his approval, he simply won't play them. 2. He is not a coach !!!"

"Has that come from a reliable source, LJC? The way I see it, if he's been offered a contract, then he'll immediately sign it. Why wouldn't he? It's win/win for him."

I don't know if it's been mentioned but apparently the reason why Moayes hasn't signed a new contract is because the new contract is for him to be head coach and not manager and it is to give all power to Tim.

Can't see us beating them tonight. Brentford are the new Brighton.

"Looking back at Bowen and Kudus goal droughts after flying for most of the season, they both haven't scored since the Man Utd Homebgame 8 matches ago. Also worth noting the ill discipline that has crept in to the side which Moyes prides himself on with 3 red cards in the last 6 matches in all competitions to go along with the piss poor form turn of the year. Goals for ans against since turn of the year vs Brighton: Matches - 8 Conceded - 18 Scored - 4 (2 Penalties) Wins - 0 Draws - 4 Losses - 4 Winning and not conceding is what he does?"

"Whatever happens in the game, the number of season tickets put up on exchange tonight is a clear message to the board. The fact nobody is buying them is another. It's going to be the lowest ever crowd for a league match there I'm sure. Literally masses of available seats dotted around every section of the ground."

"100%. Better to be a lucky manager than a good manager, as the saying goes. Should Paqueta and just about everyone else be fit and available, then there really isn't any excuse (don't worry Moyes and his sycophants will!) to lose tonight. Lose and it should be curtains. I emphasise the word, should."

"haha that's more like it! I shouldn't be so negative, but it's difficult not to be. You're right, Paqueta being back is a huge bonus."

"Oh mate 100% - my rationale purely based on morbid optimism as it seemed to happen all the time last season. On paper, we'll get a proper shoeing as per last two months"

"Even with all our players back, I'm still not that confident. They've won 5 on the trot against us."

"Looks like Paqueta back tonight - Plus Alvarez / Antonio. I'd bet good money we win tonight - much like last season, just as you felt he was on the cusp of getting tinned, they'd pull a result out of the bag. TBC - this is the only rationale I have for thinking we might win. Outside of this, I think Toney should have a relatively fruitful run out against our sieve like defence"

"""I really feel for Moyes with what is going on at the moment, and it is definitely affecting his side's home form because they are low on confidence""ù This will be the MSM message from now on.... Poor old David, it's all the fault of the fans."

All these cretins who keep telling us we should be grateful for Moyes. I wonder what they would say if he was going in to manage THEIR clubs. Not one of the cunts would want him.
