"Phillips has to be a starter ahead of Soucek or JWP. Both peripheral and Soucek is like tye team in some ways. Has a couple of half decent games and then back to anonymous or stinking the place out . Likewise JWP. At this time, I revkon its JWP that makes way. The other thing that will backfire is bringing Cresswell back in. We are an old and slow team and Cresswell makes it even worse. I would play Aguerd at LB but thats too radical I know. I suspect we wont find this easy as some might think. They will dominate possession but like Freiberg lack a cutting edge but our defence with Zouma and Cresswell looks very dodgy.
