I’m hoping the only reason Johnson isn’t starting is that he might end up coming on for JWP or Soucek if we keep getting destroyed in midfield. Considering Philips cannot be used. It feels weird that every time Johnson has played he’s been one of the best players on the pitch but can never start. Shame.

Lets be clear unless Leverkusen put out a second string this is going to be a very tough watch. It would take an exceptional performance to even be in with a chance in the second leg.
