"That walkout was the last fucking straw, if Chris fucking Sutton had watched the previous games like getting smashed by Fulham, Liverpool and then Arsenal plus getting dicked by Bristol Fucking City and struggling against Bournemouth and Sheff U, then the cսnt might have a different fucking point of view? The fucking cսnt."

"If we get beat by Forest he has got to go. End of. And whoever comes in and picks through the debris will be surprised to find the destruction Moyes will have left. He's singlehandedly destroying the club. Moyes imploded long ago but so far its a slow death, now its looking faster and more vicious. He's lost the players, lost the fans and finally, it appears, has lost the plot."

none of these pundits watch us on a regular basis - they dont watch wolves or bournemouth or fulham either. they're the same pundits who trot out the 'careful what you wish for line' when clubs like us dare to move away from their dinosaur mates.

"Sutton is playing on the easy emotional aspect provided by Moyes previous sacking and the Pellegrini experiment. It was probably agreed in the studio beforehand hence the lack of any rational challenge. It's just cheap TV - everyone who watches the game with any level of interest or understanding can tell Moyes and his approach is not working for the players and the fans, and not because they are deluded but because they can do so much better. But saying that on TV just ain't got them easy feels."

"LJC 12:08 Tue Feb 13 Pathetic. Sutton is a complete fucking snidey dickhead. Tosser of the highest order. The point being, we are playing a shit brand of football and getting beat. Why does everything have to be the extreme of each other? Why can't Sutton see that playing entertaining and exciting football doesn't necessarily come with relegation? What the fuck is his thinking and logic on this?"

"Yeah Sutton also said that Moyes should walk, let us get in a fancy name that will play attacking football and then we will be in a relegation battle and asking Moyes to come back. Blokes an idiot."

The problem is entirely down to Sullivan as far as I'm concerned. He appoints a Sporting Director and Technical Director while having a manager with the final say on player acquisition. I assumed that it was a part of the board's plan to stop relying on a 75 year old midget with a dickie ticker for the club's future. When I read that Moyes was expecting a new contract after the January window I really couldn't understand the logic of appointing people with the responsibility to govern the playing side and allowing Sullivan to decide who the manager is going to be. of course Sullivan is actually a weak man which is why he employed Karren Brady as she's his Mrs Fixit that dots the 'i's' and crosses the 't's' for the detail that passes him by because he's a two-faced shit that can't help tell lies rather than the truth when face to face with people like Moyes. Moyes has to go now. Any fool could see that it would be better to lance the boil now but clearly not Sullivan. I guess it's difficult looking someone in the belly button and saying your fired in best Alan Sugar tradition...

"Chris Suttons another who said those that walked out at half time at 4-0 are not true West Ham fans. They keep quoting Newcastle who came back from 4-0 to draw 4-4 with Arsenal - not the point is it, perhaps Newcastle were playing attacking football and without a right back playing left winger."

"I was against Potter initially, load I think he comes across as a bit flakey, and he looks like he was about to have a nervous breakdown at Chelsea. I thought we our fan base, he'd struggle a bit with how timid he comes across However, given how fucking passive we've been towards the football killer currently in charge, maybe that's a moot point. I'm at the stage where anyone who wants us to play some form of football would be a relief."

If results go badly in next month Moyes should resign if he had any self respect. Can't Sullivan see that his future at the club is over? Noble can step in as caretaker and the job might grow on him you never know!

"onsideman 11:04 Tue Feb 13 At the start of last season, when we were absolutely atrocious (as bad as we are now) we went to Aston Villa, and got our first away win of the season. I would say it was one of the worst games of football I've ever seen, but it's on par with 90% of the matches we've played since. Anyway, we nicked what was our only away win last season up until late on in the season. Mores the point, Villa were possibly the worst team I've seen in a long time. They were worse than us, which took some doing Fast forward to getting a new manager in a few months later, and they have been absolutely phenomenal since that very day. Our £500mil squad IS good enough to play football. Don't be fooled be cliches."

"Would be a lot of bumps along the way if we got Potter, as long as we aren't getting to close to the relegation zone I could live with it if you can see a plan. Do worry he'd be to weak for Sullivan to palm off his special buys onto. Pro to him coming in would be Soucek would be straight out the side."

"Yeah a squad that needs players with pace, movement and physicality. Team as Stewie says needs 5 or so players but to have backups in the squad as many as 10 to play with possession, be able to withdtand but also be able to press effectively and transition quickly from defence to attack and vica versa Would like to think some youth players could step up to be part of the evolution that is needed?"

"Yea, cliched nonsense really that a certain type of coach can't take on a squad with certain players, top players can adapt, a few transfers in and out, and maybe a promotion or two from the youth, different training sessions and things can look different very quickly. As for Potter, yea I'd take him, seems a good progressive coach and a stand up, sincere type of bloke who'd you'd be happy being the face of your club, probably learnt a few things at Chelsea too even if it didn't work out. IIRC though the word was that Sullivan doesn't fancy him."
