"FC. Yea, i know they have a geat admiration for each others work. Have you ever seen the 'No Nukes' concert from 79? It was a benefit gig to raise awareness of a reactor that was having problems on Three Mile island. Was a great line up, including Browne, Springsteen, James Taylor,Carly Simon, Doobie Brothers and many more. https://youtu.be/qHDtc3XoOMc"

"onebilly, I don't if you knew that Bruce Springsteen introduced Jackson Browne into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, he (Springsteen) is a huge fan of Jackson Browne's work, he did say that the Eagles probably wished they could have wrote some of Browne's songs"

"wd40 I went to two shows on The River tour and the band were superb. I have a 4 disc bootleg of the gig which I treasure. Sadly, I have to agree,it really is time for him to bow out. Western Stars was a good album and letter to you has its moments but this latest offering is nothing short of tosh. Been to 33 of his gigs and own everything he ever recorded up to the last album but thats me done now,i'll rely on my memories. Marvin Gaye and Tammy Terrell. Greatest hits."

Bruce Springsteen from his 1981 Wembley 81. Anything from him 79-81 is worth listening to but what every you don't listen to his latest album . He has fallen a long way.

FC Love a bit of Jackson Browne. 'Fountain of Sorrow' is one of the lovliest tracks ever written albeit in a sad way. Billy Joel. Piano Man (album)
