A fry up is fatty by nature. Fatty foods aren't dry. You overcooking your meats and hard boiling your eggs? And even if you were, brahn sauce would sort that out.

Baked beans have no place in a fry up. However I will concede the the hash brown. Tbh on the rare ocassion I do one at home i grill everything. Much healthier. Of course not the eggs
