"As much as I dislike Sullivan, there has been significant money given to Moyes. Some of my personal favourite highlights of how Moyes has misused that money; Haller - best played as the target man in a front two. Moyes plays him up on his own and expects him to play a style he's not used to. Sells him at a loss. Scamacca - as Haller. Sells him at a loss. Vlasic - attacking CENTRAL midfielder. Moyes plays him out wide on the left. Sells him at a loss. Paqueta - central midfielder. Moyes plays him as a 10 and then plays him deeper when he plays well in the position (his usual position) for Brazil at the WC. Then he moves him out on the left to accommodate Soucek. Benrahma - plays as a 10 at Brentford, does well and has a good link up with Watkins. Moyes sticks him out on the left Hugill - spunks £10m on a championship player, who is not PL standard. Ings - not a lone striker. Moyes signs him on a ridiculous wage and plays him as a lone striker, which he cannot do. Many others like Downes (who IMO is a capable replacement of Soucek) who were never given a chance. Can't wait until this twat has gone. PS - yes, there have been some good signings."

Sullivan has turned Moyes into a lame duck manager. He should either renew the contract or fire him and bring in a new manager. This half-arsed route is doomed to failure.

he's the most disgusting and probably the most deluded - but he's far from the worst. you can't argue with the levels of investment but you can argue with how badly that investment is being used.

We've got the worst owner in the premier league in Sullivan. So it's no surprise we've got the most underperforming manager with maybe the exception of ten Haag . I'm a member of hammers united but I wish they'd put half the energy into removing the dwarf. as they are doing to saving old club signs from Upton park.

Moyes is apparently the 10th best paid manager in the PL. Ahead of Eddie Howe and Roberto Di Zerbi.

Even by this sites standards it's rare to see two points in one post that are equally shocking. What a cսnt.

You actually do sound like typical whining scouser. Moyes is probably one of the best paid managers in the country so I don't expect for one minute that Sullivan is looking for a cheap replacement. You need to improve your fishing.

"Scouse Kid - It's only a ''blinder'' if people (like you) believe it. As for your second point, that's pretty fucking pathetic to be fair. That aside, good post."

Sullivan is playing a blinder in his book.. Uses his favourite sock puppets to let people know Moyes won't be renewed because Moyes is boring and doesn't have to pay Moyes off mid season probably told the üߣ to get a cheap manager in with no buy out and on smaller wages than Moyes

I think what happened last year is happening again. We started off ok in the Prem but as soon as the European games started we feel off a cliff in the Prem. So he keeps saying we are coping with both but the results say different.

It hasn't been announced that Moyes contract isn't being renewed. It has been slipped to a couple of favoured journalists as someone else said earlier. That is how Sully works. He can deny it if he needs to but gets to see what happens. Disgruntled fans get the impression the board are doing something and it gives Moyes a wake up call is how he will see it... If that happened it removes the onus of Sully sacking him doesn't it? Sully is definitely a cowardly type. Lady Brady is there to do his dirty work because she's got bigger balls than he has...

It's a risky game if that's true. City can make an agreement with someone knowing full well it will be honoured. Who's to say our preferred option won't get a better offer? Like Rafa did. What if the team suddenly find form? A few weeks back all the talk was about how he deserved a new contract.

"It's certainly not blind hope to think he'll be gone in the summer, hell, we don't even have to sack him, could be before too of course, but I just can't believe that is has UNFOLDED as being reported through the likes of c&b. ''A meeting after the Brentford game'' Really?? That's really not Sullivan's style, is it."

"Manuel - fuck off with that logic you cսnt.. I'm not listening :-) .. Yeah maybe you're right. Whetstone also said Moyes has no say in the transfer window. This all points to them making his position untenable if any of it is true, no more logic please.. I'm happy to live in blind hope..."

"fraser - yes something come from Jim White, but surely only second hand stuff even if he does have Sulli's ear. Point being, if this has actually happened surely it would be much bigger news in the MSM?"

"Nagel - He suggested it was a factor in Bowen signing a new contract. When he signed he did say ""Tim's project"" didn't mention Moyes once, could be a coincidence.."

"The first official announcement was Feb 1st when Pellegrini said it in a press conference. I agree with you anyway re Moyes. Unless someone else was already lined up and had agreed to come then there'd be zero point in telling the manager, let alone announcing it. Only way I could see it happening would be if Moyes insisted on his future being clarified and Sully got fed up and said fuck it then you're out at the end of the season, if not before."

"Nags - I can't remember that to be honest, but it was officially announced in the Jan he was leaving I assume? If this tale is true and we announced it then I'd be surprised if Moyes would accept that, and if it's true and it's just gonna be kept an open secret, then I don't see that as workable for reasons I outlined earlier. I could be wrong though, maybe Moyes has had enough himself and accepted it and is ready to go and give his word to Sullivan he's give it his best until may, but somehow I doubt it. The other thing about this story was that the tale went that he was told straight after the Brentford game in a 'meeting', where exactly would this meet take place, and who would act like that anyway when emotions are running high after a defeat when leading, you just wouldn't do it then."

"Manuel 3:37 Fri Nov 10 It has happened before. Remember when Pep was taking over at Man City and Pellegrini was told in January that he'd be leaving at the end of the season. At the time they were in 2nd place, 3 points behind Leicester. After Pellegrini confirmed he was being let go they got just 19 points in their last 14 games, finishing 15 points behind the top spot. So yeah, clearly disruptive."

"LeroysBoots 8:33 Fri Nov 10 ''He relies on us scoring so it cements his set up'' Even though that sound obvious I think that's spot on, Boots. Instead of changing things and knowing what to do he just hopes by hook or by crook we get one in that big thing with a net called the goal and then he's set and kind of comes into his own. It's why he puts on jokers like Fornals and Ings, he goes with the percentages and hopes one of them can find something, where the likes Mubama, and to a lesser extent mr whippy, they represent more of a risk in his eyes. He's an absolute charlatan."
