Daredevil was a massive disapointment. Bascially nothing much happened over 9 episodes. I was actually waiting for episode 10 then realised it had finished.

Finished American Primeval and thought it was excellent, real gritty with the depiction of the frontier in Utah in 1857 and great cinematography, fuck those Mormon radicals and militia where a bunch of cunts! The series is loosely based on real events, pity its only 6 episodes.

highly recommended.

Yeah what a great scene that was. Great unique entertainment as apposed to Tom (I'm such a hammy hard man) Hardy telling everyone he's gonna break their bones etc etc.
Did you like Tom Hardy in Legend?
He's good in Warrior. Believable Yank accent as well.
Had never heard of that, got good reviews.

Not seen it. I've had enough of the Kray twins films.

I'm not saying I dislike Mobland I very much enjoyed the first 2 episodes. Maybe it's wrong to compare with GoL which has had 3 seasons. Directors with diffrent styles. Yes GoL is less believable but more entertaining. We still have to see where Mobland goes.

Manuel/Anon, don't bother if you are selective in what you watch. Im relatively happy to watch stuff that maybe isnt on the surface that great as sometimes a show can surprise you but Gangs of London is truly awful now. The first season was maybe ok and it is hugely action packed and stylishly shot but the characters is shit and the story line is pathetic, all style no substance.

Watching American Primeval on Netflix, very well made and acted but the storyline is a bit grim and brutal, but captivating at the same time, based on true events from 1857.

Also, where can I watch Mobland?

I haven't watched a second of it but can likely nail the general theme and lazy characters.

I quite enjoyed the film Mobland with the disco king ..one of those you werent expecting ...bit like blue ruin

I will get onto this, most stuff with Sean Bean is good and this looks good. Agree about the Scouse accent (and their slang) was the same in The Responder with Martin Freeman.

It's incredible how much money Amazon spent on LOTR only to produce something that looks like it was made by the Si-Fi channel.  It looked as cheap as The Shanara Chronicles. At least that had Ivana Baquero in it...grrrrr
