Moyes Out ( Released )
"Posted the same last year. Nothing has changed, except win don't win matches anymore. I'm fed up, we can do much better"
Re: Moyes Out
"Westside - two questions mate, one factual and one your opinion 1/ It's stated that DS has issued the option, now does that apply to his holding or all holdings? Can he dictate that other holders comply with the option based upon being the current majority holder? By extension, can the other holders exercise that option unilaterally? Meaning, if he pushes the button, are the others compelled to do so and moreover, if the Golds want out, can they effectively hand the club to Kretinsky irrespective of DS's stance? 2/ What in your opinion only, motivates Kretinsky? Running the club, as other billionaires do - ego or an investment, what with the stadium, land potential etc and subsequent re-sale value"

"LOL When I last checked in on this thread yesterday afternoon, you had Willtell saying ""My final word on this...."" just after he was accused of being someone who can't ever admit when they are wrong. And 3 pages later, here we are."

Re: Moyes Out
"Thanks for your help Westside. Your points are sensible ones that we should be discussing. Like is Kretinsky any better than Sullivan? Will Sullivan sell this summer? Will the board sack the manager this summer? However, it seems that it's far more important to posters to know whether they are engaged in wishful thinking or not and god help anyone that shatters their dreams of new owners and manager""¶."
Re: Moyes Out
"Perhaps the bigger question is whether this Kretinsky bloke will be any different/better than the current lot. Anyone have any thoughts on that or his history to suggest what he will do different? Shoving £125 million into the club, via a share issue, when he bought in, seems like a pretty good start to me."
Re: Moyes Out
"Same goes for Sullivan giving up his majority shareholding. Sullivan isn't a majority shareholder, He is the largest (at 38.8%) shareholder. If Kretisnky buys Gold's shares, Sullivan wouldn't even be the largest shareholder and Kretisnky would be the majority shareholder."
Re: Moyes Out
"What I find interesting is that despite a couple of reporters and blokes on the internet talking about undefined mutual put and call options there is no discussion about Sullivan exercising his. Yes, that is a good point."

Re: Moyes Out
"goose, his refusal to look up what Westside has shown him tells you he's stumped and he's left the with the crumbs of repeating his flawed ""òwishful thinking' theory over & over""¶.sit back and enjoy his squirming""¶.it's his thing on here""¶."
Re: Moyes Out
"goose 12:01 Fri Mar 3 Re: Moyes Out Will you're making stuff up again - where did I say it would happen in the summer? ""î""î""î""î""î""î""î""î You probably didn't goose but you came to the party late to stick the knife in while giving support the wishful thinkers that said that""¶"
Re: Moyes Out
"Look let me simplify what was on my mind. If I was putting millions into a company and holding a minority stake, I'd be wary of the guy that runs that company selling his remains 38.9% to someone else like a rich Arab""¶ Same goes for Sullivan giving up his majority shareholding doesn't want the guy he judged that he can work with, acting for someone he doesn't want in WHU. They are options at agreed prices that we know. We don't know whether either party wants to exercise them. We all wish that Sullivan and Moyes would fuck off. We just don't know when so it's wishful thinking as far as I'm concerned. HTH!"
Re: Moyes Out
Will you're making stuff up again - where did I say it would happen in the summer? The creation of the option in itself is a sign that Sullivan will sell his shares at an agreeable price. The fact it exists is a sign that the sale of the club is more likely than ever. So very far from wishful thinking as there is solid proof that discussions on the sale of the club have gone pretty far.

Westside What I find interesting is that despite a couple of reporters and blokes on the internet talking about undefined mutual put and call options there is no discussion about Sullivan exercising his.
Re: Moyes Out
goose The options info from west side is not evidence that it will happen in summer and you know it. The article you posted says it is a longer term option which gives you a clue. To be honest if we knew details of what those options contain it would clear things up but according to the Evening Standard they are not obligatory options. You know goose the more you make it clear you are googling for info means you were wishful thinking that Moyes and Sullivan will be gone this summer because you don't know! Oh yes that was what I started out saying wasn't it?
Re: Moyes Out
"Will the 247 link was to show that anyone can write anonymous articles with no evidence or quotes. Obviously that went over your head. As I said, Westside has showed you where to find the only evidence you need."
Re: Moyes Out
6'2 is a West Ham website run by Sean Whetstone who I think was working with C&H but I guess branched out on his own but not sure. I found them by watching West Ham YouTube videos. Rubbish it all you like but to to counter what a dedicated WHU website says with nonsense from 247 shows how desperate you are not to lose face.
Re: Moyes Out
Westside has posted the exact place you can see the evidence. Sullivan has agreed a price and timescale for the sale of his shares. Those documents are the long & short of it. Not 6foot2 and club insiders but actual legally binding documents.

Re: Moyes Out
"goose 11:24 Thu Mar 2 'Like I said you should send them your feedback.' Why would I do that? I'm not out to educate the world. Anyone reading this thread is now aware that you don't have a clue about what options are or how they work. 'Both DS and DK have an agreement on price and timeframe of a sale. In essence the sale is agreed.' Since we have no idea what the strike prices of the two options are, or their expiry date, in essence, nobody knows if a realistic sale-price is agreed."
Re: Moyes Out
"You have an unbelievable internet manner goose. I'm mental and this overwhelming evidence that proves I'm wrong? Go on show us all where that is please? Cos I reckon you're just bullshitting to avoid admitting I might be right""¶ Not that I wouldn't love to see the end of Sullivan and Moyes but it is still wishful thinking at the moment as far as I'm concerned."

Re: Moyes Out
"FWIW, my personal opinion, based on what we know for a fact and what we just suspect, it that there will be no change in ownership of the club based on these options UNLESS Sullivan and/or the Gold family (if they have the same option) chose to exercise theirs. The reason I think this won't happen is that I suspect, with no evidence whatsoever, that the strike price for Sullivan's put option will be unacceptably low for him. Of course, should we sink even further and relegation begins to look likely, Sullivan may chose to exercise his fire insurance."
Re: Moyes Out
"Just for you Will, as sources go this is probably a step up from ""6foot2""ù: https://www.footballinsider247.com/west-ham-takeover-clause-details-revealed-sources/?amp Daniel Kretinsky's option to take a controlling stake in West Ham is on a long-term basis and does not expire any time soon, Football Insider has learned. The Czech billionaire, who bought 27 per cent of the club in November 2021, has a put and call agreement with his fellow Hammers shareholders for a full takeover at a set price. Football Insider understands that, as is typical with put and call agreements, the option has a defined expiry date after which the set price is void."
Re: Moyes Out
"I checked the WH Holding filings and there is apparently no options listed as being officially filed. Now I have no experience of Put and Call Options but who is saying there is one? I haven't found one on a Google search. Wiltell, go to Companies House website. call up WH Holdings as you did. Access ""Memorandum and Articles of Association,"" filed on 23/11/2021. Pages 3, 20, 21 and 24 refer to Put and Call agreements and Option sale. Although without mentioning prices, or expiry date. Given the date of the Evening Standard article and the document filing date, I suspect this is the document, the article is referring to."
