"On the Ball, When I click the red dot, all I get is the manage tickets section and ""3 games"" All league games. If I go to the ""Home Cup ticket scheme"" via ""Account Menu"" and then ""Ticketing"" I see this in the list: Bristol City Sun 7 January 2024, 14:00, You are Opted In, providing payment details are up-to-date, as below. Now I don't know if I have the ticket or not. I thought the message was we still had to buy the ticket even if we were opted in."

With that CHERRIES game moving to Thursday Feb 1 with Man U's game at Wolves also moved to that day I presume our Sat Feb 3rd 3pm game at Old Trafford will move to Sunday Feb 4th?

So I get the notification email telling me that my window is open and I can buy the ticket for this. But when I log on there is nothing there. If I try and buy a ticket it tells me to do it via the notification which I haven't got. Anyone else?

"Very odd that cup scheme have a time limit to receive a point. Oh and another fucking Sunday game, we don't have enough.. Had an unnecessary one Sunday, have another fucking one. A nice cup game 3pm Saturday would have been nice. Might bin this off"

"9,000 carrot munching farmers in the away end. I only looked as a few mates are BC fans and will be attending. City’s Emirates FA Cup Third Round tie at West Ham United will be played at 2pm on Sunday, January 7th and has been selected for live overseas broadcast. We have secured an allocation of 8,924 tickets and will let supporters know pricing and other ticket details as soon as possible."
