"Me and my brother were going through security a while ago and my brother had a bottle of water on him to take his medication during the game (he's on mental health medication and is liable to knock someone out if they piss him off so it's probably for the best!) but the steward who could hardly talk or understand English would not have it and called a big, fat peanut -headed 'chief steward' who was a lump but a proper thick cսnt who told us the bottle wasn't going in as tonight was 'A FULL DECANT'. I DID try to explain it for several minutes but sometimes do you know that you're going to be there all night and a cսnt won't get it? So I kicked off a bit and started shouting. I don't think the steward was used to that (he certainly wasn't West Ham) but he took a couple of steps back and told us we should start 'providing better customer services'! We both laughed or heads off, walked through with half a bottle of fucking water and of course blew the stadium up with it."

I've had untold bother with stewards at the OS. Not many have a scooby. Let's face it most of us would be a mile behind a lot of the stewards who search you in the queue as suspects in a terrorist attack. Inside their are some very good West Ham stewards and they are mainly women. The rest are not even West Ham fans. I've even seen ball boys and stewards celebrate Arsenal scoring against us. Two bob Poundland Stalin who looks like he's been kicked through Silverman's seems to know the cost everything and the value of nothing.

"I was chatting to the fella next to meas the stadium emptied after the Bristol city game when a steward stood a few rows below shouted to us what sounded like calm down clam down. Matey boy next to me asked him what he was on about as we weren't being loud or getting animated so he repeated again ""calm down"" it was only when we looked around at the deserted stand we twigged he was actually saying come down. We laughed about it in the end but the instruction could of been made clearer."
