Re: West Ham the smelliest fans in football
"bruuuno 3:00 Mon Feb 19 It was BML or BMU. Had a few lumps on his head. Could smell him from about 3 rows away. There have been at least 2 threads started about him in the old days. Last time he was mentioned on here IIRC a couple of years ago, someone replied saying they knew him, he posted on here, and he died a while back."

Slight breeze from the east and the stench from joyo's dilapidated lock-up squat in Upminster has the environmental team at Abbey Wood pumping station checking for leaks on the Northern Outfall sewer - NORTH of the Thames.

Luckily the West Ham tramp(aka Mike Oxbore) doesn't go to games anymore
Re: West Ham the smelliest fans in football
"Not West Ham but some years ago we had a fella join one of the pool teams whose nickname was Stinky. Now I didn't catch on that the nickname was due to the fact that he reeked because he was in another team (lower one obviously!). I also had no idea that this was a secret nickname, not known by the said gentleman himself, just used between peers and teammates. So I don't know who ended up more mortified when he left the pub one night at closing time and a tanked up me totally innocently shouted ""see you later Stinky!"" Never heard the pub so quiet. Still see him from time to time now, it's never mentioned, and can happily stand next to him for a chat so maybe my clumsy words worked!"

When I got my season ticket at ls. First game some greasy obese fella was sat next to me. Wreaked of BO and tried to hide it with excessive amounts of deodorant. Made for quite a pungent cocktail. Luckily he was only there for 1 game. I wasn't relishing a whole year of that

Re: West Ham the smelliest fans in football
Had a mate years ago who would never shower but used copious amounts of lynx body spray. We all went away Greece in the 90s and he turned up with a selection box of them which got confiscated at the airport. He then managed to source some kind of Greek imitations in a supermarket which had everyone sneezing and smelt as bad as his BO. Those sharing an apartment with him ended up bundling him into the shower and the pool after a couple of days Amazingly he managed to pull a bird from Chatham who didn't seem to mind.

I do remember Chelsea away a few years ago (start of 2016?) and some bloke in front let rip with the most rancid farts I was put off going to games for a while. I think something had died inside him. I still can't think of that game without feeling ill.

There used to be a bloke who sat in the east upper who was basically a tramp. He stank like his pants were also his toilet. Wasn't old either. Wore an 80s half and half hat.

"Well there is a point to this. At the Lasagne game, back at the old girl, I bagged a ticket at the front of the West stand upper. When I got there, there was a space of about three seats. I Sat there, got talking the bloke next to me and realized the space. Christ he fuckin hummed, it was that bad, convinced he was the Spuds chef that day.."
