Signed pictures (huffers still about?)

Post WHUDeano »

"My little boy is 8 in a couple of weeks and obsessed with football and all things West Ham (have taken him to a few aways since he was 6). He’s asked for signed posters / pictures for his birthday but has specified that he wants the proper signatures (he collects football cards and they have the printed signatures on some so I guess that’s why he wants the real deal). Not promised anything but just wanted to put the feelers out, does anyone on here get things signed regularly? I’m not going to pay silly money for it, I know it’s become a business these days and it’s all a bit different to dangling a program or picture into the tunnel in the west stand like I used to do in the early 90s. Is there anywhere I can take him over the Easter holidays to get a load of autographs from all the players? Or does that not happen anymore? We’re up near Cheltenham these days and I hate the stadium so very, very rarely bother with home games, but can pop back down over Easter as a birthday treat to get some signatures for him if it’s possible. If huffers is still about, a whomail with advice / info would be massively appreciated. Cheers alll"

"Players come out from 1230 onwards, up until 1600 depending on the day and who‚Äôs in etc. Only a handful stop. From what I know, the following are good: Bowen Phillips JWP Soucek Certain players like Areola never stop. I only collect for my own collection - Instagram: @w.h.u.f.t.o.n where I upload a few bits. I‚Äôve got signed Zouma Ogbonna and Dawson from the past couple of seasons I can put in the post for free if you want them. They‚Äôre on decent, proper photos. Send me your address and I‚Äôll send them [email protected]"

"Arsene did you ask for a 0.16% discount? I know they are tight fuckers, but they might have gone for it."

"I saw a framed signed Bowen shirt from the Europa final in the West Ham shop on Sunday for £2,500. I wanted to buy it but I was four quid short."

"From my one recent experience the players tend to leave the training ground between 1pm - 2pm. Some don't stop to sign. There were a few private cars going out and coming back to pick up other players, you can't see who is in the back and obviously they don't want to stop. Alvarez, Coufal and JWP were ones I witnessed drive out in their own vehicles and not stop, with Alvarez actually diverting to the other gate and then driving back past us (only me and another fella) on the Rush Green Road. Benrahma and Bowen did stop for autographs but I can't say for any of the other players I haven't mentioned as I was off home once I got Bowen's."

I have seen a few people wait outside Rush Green for players to leave when I have driven past in the school holidays. I presume this is for signatures and a photo.
